I came here for a delivery the reception are rude they have no respects. The lot are empty and Still told me to wait on the street I’m not hauling for this place anymore.
GlacierPoint take over has been a huge disappointment. Customer representatives don't care. You cannot log on to the new order system. They have a monopoly on retail ice cream products so they can gouge the customer with outrageous prices.

This company gives white glove service and has the best products I ever tried on the market ! I highly recommend to anyone.
As previously mentioned. Parking on the street just outside of the entrance before checking in. It’s best to show up just before your appointment. There is no parking on site or anywhere near. The employees were great to deal with and they unloaded me within 45 minutes.

Drivers- you are supposed to park on the street and then check in. I pulled into the lot and was informed of this. Just another place that thinks drivers magically know little rules and procedures of places they've never delivered to before. And don't put signs up to inform drivers of said rules and procedures.
