This place sucks!! I just went in to order a non-toasted poppy seed bagel with extra cream cheese. What I got was a stale bagel with what seemed like the regular amount of cream cheese, despite them charging me $3.75 for the bagel and an additional $1.99 for the extra cream cheese. The woman at the counter was rude and automatically tacked on an extra 4% “Service Charge” even though I was paying with cash. So, I ended up with a terrible bagel and even worse service for $5.97! I'm never going back there. I should've trusted my instincts and gone somewhere else when I saw how empty their parking lot was.
