Worst experience I ever had at an Applebee’s. The service sucked. The food sucked when I talk to the manager she didn’t even care or taking consideration about our complaint. It took 35 minutes to eat our food when we asked for extra drinks. It took another 15 minutes because the waitress forgot and we had to remind her, I originally ordered a Sprite and a tasted like stagnant water. I will never return to this Applebee’s again.

I will never forget the first time meeting, my hope to be future wife almost 6mos ago to the day here at the halfway point between our houses, The waitress we had was very nice and could tell we were on a first date so she left us alone at onw point i even told the girl I appreciate you giving us space to talk and I made sure to tip atleast 15 20 for just sitting there to talk, plus there was a little issue with our language barrier meaning she spoke and understood some English but not 💯 percent which i could careless either way, we already talked for 3 weeks before this it was just first time ever meeting anyone off of a dating app and I've been struck, because I can not stop thinking about you Julia 😀

I’m very disappointed with our visit to Applebee’s today. This location used to be our favorite, but things have changed for the worse.
We came as a family of four, and two young guys at the entrance told us we had to wait about 25 minutes for a table. The problem? The restaurant was only 15% occupied! When I asked why we had to wait when so many tables were open, they said there weren’t enough servers.
Here’s what doesn’t make sense: if the restaurant is short-staffed, why are two employees standing at the entrance doing very little instead of helping out? Their main job seemed to be telling customers they had to wait, even though the place was practically empty.
On top of that, they still expect a 20-25% tip for service that is clearly lacking. It’s frustrating to see such poor management decisions affecting the customer experience.
You used to be great, but now it feels like no one cares. Do better.
The vegan burger was delicious. The apple pie was so good. We had such a great experience here for a girls day. We were going to a grill called Tommy’s right next to this place, but due to the Eagles game it was overpacked and we ended up coming to this Applebee’s. Normally we would not eat at Applebee’s however I’m glad that we did because the food was good so if you’re on a low income, this is definitely a great place to stop in . Only $30 per person .

Shout out to Bri she was awesome my friend and I brought our kids after going to the race track for my nephews birthday she was great with the table of 11-13 yr old boys she was sweet and patient.
Our waiter was terrible, approached the table with a snarky joke about cellphones (I was responding to a health concern of my Mother, not laughable) he took our order, never saw him again. Not for drink refill, not to ask is the food quality was any good. The food quality is just bad. It’s frozen food warmed. That’s it. The chicken strips are over breaded, deep fried freezer sticks, the fries were cold, the pasta was just gross, the fiesta lime chicken is literally frozen chicken, warmed, with pico de gallo dumped on top. Just gross. All around disgusting.
