I love coming to ASIANCHAO! I usually arrive right when they open on Friday mornings, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. Because I get there early, the food is incredibly fresh. The shrimp is delicious, but the BBQ pork I really like the BBQ pork -it’s so tender. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever had BBQ pork that was this tender. It makes me wonder how old the food is at other chinese food restuarants . . .

I wanted to like this place, but the food fell short. The lo mein noodles were hard, the sesame chicken was lukewarm and average, and the spring roll was very tough. I’d recommend trying the Thai stall across from it instead, where the shrimp spring rolls were noticeably better. I felt like I could have spent my $18 elsewhere.
Horrible!!!

This place wasn’t my first choice but I was hungry. The fried rice has no taste at all the bourbon chicken was undercooked. The broccoli tasteless I went back over and I told them they looked surprised. No wonder they’re calling at everyone that passed by to come but their food. Waste of my $18 !!!!

Chicken with broccoli was good but Orange chicken was too tangy. I could not finish most of it.
The service so quick and cordial. This is the Menlo Park mall location.

I really wish there was a zero star. Went there yesterday with my family we decided to eat there that was the worst decision we made should of looked up the reviews first. So as I was eating the chiken and broccoli a long straight brown hair I pulled out my mouth I was so grossed out. I went to them and showed them that there was hair in my food they did not apologize all she did was offer me another plate wich I denied from already being grossed out.The lady at the register told the Asian man who appears to be the manager laughed it off as he made it seem as if it was my hair that was in the food i was so upset knowing that my whole family have curly hair and the hair that I pulled out of mouth was long straight hair and tried to justify it as if it was my hair not pologetic what so ever
DO NOT GO THERE.

It's expensive for what it is and it is very very bland. The food is not good; even with the sauce they provided, it's still not good. It's dry and hard.
The owner of Asian Chao is very rude and was not nice to me and the other customers too. If you have a bad day don’t bring it to your customers that’s unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

Everything was disgusting
This food is disgusting, especially the sesame chicken. The orange chicken faired better but both were dry. I should've read the reviews before ordering.
