I went here at Menlo Park Mall around 5:37 to be exact and the cashier named Joanne was so rude needs to attend a charm classes , no manners and her speaking tone seems that she was always mad to people, she needs to attend what ever the company provides to have a good customer service

DON'T BUY FOOD HERE I WENT TODAY ON 1/28/24 PAID FOR MY FOOD AND THEN THE CASHIER TRIED TO BE SLICK AND CHARGE ME TWICE EVEN AFTER I SHOWED HIM MY CARD WAS CHARGED.CALLED SECURITY OVER AND THEY STILL KEPT MY FOOD.

The food isn’t bad… it just seems too expensive for the quality. $15 for a combo plate is quite high in my opinion. The chicken used for the orange chicken is kind of weird and chewy on the bigger pieces. It doesn’t even really look like real chicken on the inside. The spicy chicken is good. They use a different chicken for this dish that seems to be of higher quality. It’s a decent place to get a quick meal at the mall. Stay away from their fried rice … has no flavor, rice is over cooked and hard. Go for the lo mein or plain white rice.

Food tastes terrible.Noodles tasted like chemicals. Plantain was dry. And the sesame chicken was not edible. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

This was my regular for awhile when I was in the area. I built a very great relationship with the staff there. They are so kind and patient with large groups. They had such great things to say to me and my group as well. Very thankful and enthusiastic. I recommend this place to everyone. Some amazing people over there! The manager is a sweetheart, seriously!

I used to love this place do not eat here brought food at home found a piece of black hair in my food . I have long blonde hair the workers have short black hair . This is disgusting . I should of read the reviews before I went there

0 Stars!!! DO NOT eat here!!! I ate here yesterday and got severe food poisoning!!! I’ve been throwing up and non stop bathroom trips. I am in so much pain I wanted to give everyone a heads up before wasting your money here. These people need to be nicer to paying customers and please make sure your selling fresh food not old and expired food please ?
Expensive food and also had lose bowels, food was good but the ending was not pretty.

This place is horrific I wish I could give them zero stores. The ladies that works there are extremely nasty. They rush you and present themselves to be very unpleasant. They are also very pushy. The food is not that even good for them to have that kind of attitude. The ride is not even cooked . After ordering I didn’t even want to eat the food because I had already been disgusted with their attitude.
