The coffee was disgusting. I tried an espresso drink thinking it might be better, wrong, worse. Sandwich was good but overpriced. Soup nothing special at all. Staff are zombies.

I haven’t had Au Bon Pain in years but was in the area, so I decided to stop by and grab some of my favorites. I ordered a plain bagel and a chicken caesar wrap. Both the bagel and my wrap were delicious. I deducted one start because the wrap honestly had way too much dressing, I mean it was obnoxious and was dripping all over the place. I ended up opening up the wrap and manually removing the excess dressing, which was a hassle but after that it was great. I was served in a fast and friendly manner.

Lately, very bad experience, there is no good service, huge line, very slow staff, the coffee is finished and they are not attentive and it takes time, they do not give the product as requested ... bad experience ... THEY SHOULD IMPROVE.
