On December 11 at approximately 3:00 PM, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s and ordered a plain, unsalted pretzel. We clearly requested that it be unsalted, and the employee preparing the pretzels informed us it would take about 30 minutes.

When we returned after the stated time, the pretzel had been salted. The employee then attempted to place the blame on the cashier, despite the fact that we clearly heard the cashier relay the unsalted request to the cook. The employee agreed to remake the order and stated it would take an additional five minutes.

While waiting, we observed the employee engaging in personal conversations with a coworker and appearing distracted and agitated. After approximately seven minutes, I asked whether the pretzels were ready. When they were removed from the oven, they were burned. At that point, the employee attempted to place responsibility on another coworker, even though she had been the one distracting him.

While casual conversation at work is understandable, it should not interfere with food preparation or customer service. Due to these issues, we ultimately requested a refund.

Unfortunately, I did not get the employee’s name. However, I hope management or ownership reviews this situation, as a discussion regarding professionalism and accountability during work hours would be beneficial.

Would definitely think twice about going to this place again and any chance I will share my experience with friends and family. From reading the reviews on here seems lots of people have similar experiences.

I am writing to report an incident involving one of your managers that I experienced on October 19 at the downstairs location .During my visit, the manager raised their voice and yelled at myself in a very unprofessional manner. When i calmly asked to know the manager supervisor , the manager responded, “My manager is my manager,” and refused to provide any further assistance or help resolve the issue.

This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. A manager should de-escalate situations and provide respectful, helpful service — not make the situation worse. I was left without support or a resolution, which reflects poorly on the company’s values and customer service standards.

2pm on a Thursday I asked for an almond pretzel, the lady says we dont have any. I said ok I'll wait how long does it take to make. She then points to the dough and says, she just went on break, she'll be back in 20 minutes. Horrible customer service.

I'm so annoyed. This might be a small issue to some people but I went to purchase pretzel; they advertise 3 sizes but state they no longer sell small sizes. So if I wanted pretzels I would have to purchase a large size.....ughhh. I guess it's not for me.

Visited at 12 noon on a Saturday. Spent $20 on 2 cups of pretzel nuggets. They were hard and crusty and then I find a clump of hair and dirt in my nugget cup. I will be contacting corporate for a refund and I will be forwarding this photo to the health department.

The place is eh the cashier seemed pretty rude I did ask her if they had the big pretzels she said it whatever we have here I’m like alright then I asked her just give me the pretzel bites and she gave me a cinnamon bun 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll admit it was my fault that I didn’t catch it when I left but then we came back to exchange the mistake still rude no sorry about that or anything

When I first started coming here a pretzel was a 1.99. They are now 6.99 for 1(one) pretzel. The prices are just too much for what their worth. Not going to antie Ann's anymore.

They have mice running around the displays. And when you ask for a refund, you will receive a nasty attitude. Specially from someone called Emely. I didn’t know the refund was coming outta her check

Was double charged more than week later for one pretzel paid 8.52 on march 19 2025 for one pretzel then charged 17.04 on march 27 2025 for the same pretzel warning everyone check their transactions on their card

12:24 in the afternoon, Super Bowl Sunday. Pretzels in the display for 20 minutes but can’t sell me one because there is no cashier.
