This place went down hill. The cashiers we encountered were rude and could careless about doing their jobs. They only had nuggets available, which were old and stale. The prices have sky rocketed. $7.99 for one cup of nuggets? Horrible. When I worked there we always had everything on display and everything was fresh. Sad to see.

Honestly the most disrespectful service I have ever received the lady taking my order was so disrespectful and screaming at me. Honestly get your people checked before hiring. Stop being stupid on your choices.

All pretzels that aren’t Nugs or Bites are Made to Order and takes 10 minutes. Miss the old Auntie Ann’s.

I can't pass by without having a plain, buttered pretzel with a Pina Colada (non-alcoholic) frosted ice beverage...a real treat! Opportunity for improvement here is service. At times employees appear to still be in training, need more training , or not focused on basic customer service (i.e. greet the customer, make eye contact, smile, take the order, repeat the order, present the order and say "thank you"). If Auntie Anne places a complete "Training Team" here to re-train and re-staff (based on performance), this would be a real AAA operation...as it was a few years ago.
