Didn’t get to take a picture of my Lemongrass beef because I ate it all, but at least took a picture of the bahn mi lol
Service was great and attentive, food came out quickly too. Everything was really tasty and fresh, we got the shrimp spring rolls and Vietnamese iced coffees which were much needed on a warm weekend afternoon. Will come again if we stop by another convention in Edison!

Decent noodle. Pork chop was alright. I think I should have tried their banh mi given that their name is baguette delite. Pho and pork chop rice was just alright. I think there are better spot in Edison for those. However, their summer roll was the biggest I ever seen.

The banh mi always hits the soul right! The Vietnamese coffee though! Keeps me wide awake for hours just like it's supposed to. Love that bitterness it gives too!
Parking: The parking lot is extremely bumpy with potholes. Drive with care

Really liked it here. Great bahn mi. I like these even better than the lower Manhattan bahn mi shops, since I didn't need to drive all the way with traffic and tolls, and to me the taste was just as good if not better. Recommend the B4 selection of the many varieties they have and I'm definitely trying all the others in time. My friend had their Pho and even though I didn't try it out it looked really well done. Going to try that too eventually.

We love this place we drive an hour for their tofu bahn mi and love their pho! The owner is super nice and friendly. The space is super clean and laid back everything is about the food which is most important to us. We’ve been to Vietnam and enjoyed more dishes here than in Vietnam itself. Can’t wait to go back, wish I lived closer!

The noodle soup and sandwiches are great here but when I order the egg rolls it came out rotten and sour. When I asked my server to cancel the order they refused to give me my money back and I had to pay for rotten egg rolls. Probably not coming back again.

This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem that delivers on all fronts—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality.
The menu offers a wide range of dishes, from traditional pho to banh mi, spring rolls, and flavorful rice plates. The pho is a standout: the broth is perfectly balanced, full of rich, comforting flavors that feel like they’ve been crafted with love and care. The fresh herbs, lime, and bean sprouts on the side allow you to customize it to your liking.
I also tried the banh mi, and it was incredible—the bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a savory combination of meat, pickled vegetables, and fresh cilantro. Their spring rolls were light and fresh, with a peanut dipping sauce that tied everything together beautifully.
Btw dont forget to try their coffee. Order togo and sip it for road to your destination.
The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with just the right mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese decor. The staff was attentive and friendly, happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations.
This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again, whether for a casual meal or to introduce friends to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommended!
