I have to say the cupcakes got smaller and less icing than previously. The bouquet on the left was from 2021 compared to today. It doesn’t come individually wrapped my sister did that decorating our table. I used to really enjoy these cupcakes because it has my favorite frosting and a lot of it. I know times are tough with food costs being so high, but honestly disappointed.

My sister always comes up with the most thoughtful birthday gifts, but unfortunately, this one did not arrive in the condition it should have. The cupcake bouquet was completely turned upside down, and all the cupcakes had fallen out and were loosely in the styrofoam container. I’m giving two stars instead of just 1 star because the cupcakes are delicious, but I’m sure this was a very expensive birthday gift that was not delivered in a bouquet, as promised.

I purchased the Eterna Bloom 6 cupcakes bouquet for my mom’s birthday. They came out amazingly realistic. She thought they were real. The cupcakes tasted good also. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Took my mom to pick up an order she placed for a birthday present. When we arrived I asked if they can provide a sample of the cupcake in another flavor to see if I too would place an order for another friends birthday that was coming up. The lady that greeted us looked at my moms order and said there’s different flavors in there (suggesting my moms order) however that was a birthday present to someone else how would we take a cupcake from there ? My mom claims the cupcakes are delicious however I would never know now and also won’t be ordering from here either. Perfect opportunity to gain a new customer failed. Sorry the service wasn’t great and it’s sad considering the treats are to die for so I hear but won’t know now. I can also say pretty expensive since I’m the one that gave my mom the money for that order. On a side note place is difficult to drive into and parking was also very questionable space limited ? Thank you for your time.

I ordered a Baked Bouquet for my grandma’s 99th birthday and it was a huge hit! When we brought it out, everyone genuinely thought it was a real flower arrangement — the detail was unbelievable. People were actually hesitant to eat it because it looked so pretty!
But once we did, wow — the cupcakes were fresh, soft, and delicious. Not overly sweet, just really good. My grandma loved it and so did the rest of the family. It added such a special touch to the celebration. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and beautiful and tasty!

Ordering Baked Bouquet as centerpieces for my daughter's shower turned out amazing!!!! No one could believe that they were cupcakes as they looked like beautiful flower bouquets. They are truly special and our guests adored being able to take them home at the end as part of their favor!!!

Delivery Window was 9-5 (way too big of a window for there to be NO cold packing. Got to work to find out that my delivery was left on the porch, gift boxes exposed to the elements, animals, and temperatures. No external box and zero ice packs. For a 250 dollar delivery I would expect at least an ice pack that costs 50 cents to protect the product. I would understand a 3 hour delivery window in which you could be expected to come home from work. 8 hour window and no protective packing? Unacceptable for a high end cake service. I am a chef of 25 years and I would never deliver like this. Not even a phone call to say they are on the way? My 250 down the drain. Never ordering delivery again and don’t recommend being ordered for delivery to someone, in case they aren’t home. The product itself is pretty.

We used Baked Bouquet as centerpieces for my sister-in-laws baby shower and NO ONE realized they were cupcakes! People kept commenting on the “flowers”—the look on their faces when we announced they were edible was priceless. Not only gorgeous, but insanely tasty too. Total showstopper!

The bakery offers a wide variety of beautifully crafted sweets, from cupcakes to cookies, all with unique and delicious flavors. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste is impressive. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet, Baked Bouquet is a must-visit!

Very disappointed in their customer service. They do not properly handle issues. Once they have your money, there will be no caring, kindness or regard for your occasion, specifications or otherwise. Pretty bouquet but it’s not worth it. Use another location or establishment.

Terrible customer service. If there is an issue, they will not refund you or take responsibility for their mistakes. The manager doesn’t answer the phone. They really messed up our order and a birthday celebration and they couldn’t care less. The manager doesn’t have answers and relies on “the decorator”. Despite photos of a terrible mistake, no attempt to make things right was made. Save your money and get something from anywhere else.
