This restaurant should be called BADwarchi Biryani. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time I went they told me it would be done in 20 mins. So we waited in the store. It ended up taking 45 minutes.... we could have left and come back at that point. I asked twice for an update and they said its cooking and to to give them some more time. By the time we got the food (which they definitely forgot to make because after i asked the 2nd time the server went into the kitchen and it was given to us 10 mins after ) we WEREN'T ALLOWED TO EAT IN THE RESTAURANT DESPITE BEING SO HUNGRY. They have some rule where you're not allowed to eat family pack meals at the restaurant??? Mind you that there were plenty of booths and tables available.... The second time we ordered over the phone they said to come in 30 minutes. We went after 45 minutes. Still wasn't ready ...

Ordered online and food deserves less than 0 stars, Guntur chicken had a pickle taste and it was chewy like deep fried in fuel and Vijaywada Chicken Biryani was the worst biryani I had in my life.

I think they need to learn or take classes about Customer Service specially serving the customer on table. They do not respect the customer. I believe the foods are pre-made. I ordered very Less spice/ mild but it was so spicy hot that just in one bite I was out. I don’t think I will return to this restaurant anymore. The way they behaving looks like they do not need my business either. Low grade restaurant and service

Food is very spicy but very delicious. I really liked the goat korma.
Karivepaku Kodi and Karivepaku Fish are amazing to start your meal. The Chicken Fried Rice hits the right notes and reminds you of the Fried Rice served on the Chinese Bandis in Hyderabad. The Amaravati Goat curry is loaded with flavors when complimented with Garlic Naan. The Paneer Biryani is something that lends hope to vegetarians. Ask for the spicy version and it is sure to tickle your taste buds. You wouldn’t get enough of this place. Probably the best on Oak Tree Road.
Kid-friendliness: Kids get the milder version and can enjoy without fearing the spice

I have been a customer for several years now. And not one time I have been disappointed. The food quality here is exceptional. The restaurant has maintained the quality and taste of every item on the menu, though I am a big fan of their Biryani's. The staff here is very cordial and friendly too. They are proactive in recommending newer dishes to customers. Over all this place is fabulous. Five+ Star rating from me.

Subpar service, servers hardly spoke up and it was difficult to hear and communicate what we were getting, which added extra time. Quality and portion of food did not equate to what we paid for. We asked for water all around and ended up just getting one water bottle from the fridge ourselves in the middle of our meal, and only then did the server realize we asked for water in the beginning.

Delicious Chicken Biryani.
Tried the green mirchi chicken pulav. It was good too. Hope to visit there again.
