9pm they close but if you call at 8:37 they wont even answer for a pickup and i live across the street from the plaza!!! at 8:30 they stop receiving any orders. but 8:34,8:35,8:37 is a big no no. its frying chicken? and passing fry buckets through a dishwasher?? people just dont like working anymore i swear.

We ordered chicken katsu and drumsticks/wings. When our food was already ordered and almost ready, we saw a roach crawling on the ground in the dining area. The bathroom needs some updating. For me, if a bathroom isn’t clean it worries me. The double fried wings were decent, but we had to pay extra because you had to choose rice or radish but we wanted both. Also, for the chicken Katsu they gave us ranch, but ran out of honey mustard. I never heard of these as options for chicken katsu. We asked for the brown sauce, which is what is usually comes with, and they charged us $1. We were hesitant eating here because literally no one was inside eating, but it did have a few take out orders. We wouldn’t eat here again.

This is the worst fried chicken I've ever bought. I don't know how many times they fried it over and over again? The chicken is completely dry and the skin is as hard as a rock. Some of the chicken legs look like they've been eaten by someone, just like in the picture. Maybe they ate and put it in. I suspect they were racially discriminated

I don't know what happened over the past 6 months. The chicken pieces now are super small. I am not sure if it is because I order to pick up and not eating in the restaurant, but the pieces are tiny. No where as big as they used to serve. Not sure if it management or the source where they are getting the chicken, but I have been disappointed.
I've wings only 3 times here, they gave me a mix with drums, and told I should have expected that. Staff is aggressive

As good as the food may be, the store had a foul smell. The trash can is inside the store and it sees as if it’s not cleaned often. When it comes to food, hygiene is a MUST! If this is the entrance, what could be going on in the kitchen were customers have no access?

I go here aot unfortunately the quality of chicken varies everytime the popcorn chicken is very hard at times and other times decently soft it really sucks since it tastes good but really hard to chew hopefully they fix it

In a time when every "Korean" Fried Chicken is just another clone of BBQ Chicken with its Southern fried chicken batter, I go to Boom Boom Chicken for Korean fried chicken with the classic wet-batter, glassy exterior that put Korean fried chicken on the map in the first place. Always crispy, juicy, and of course flavorful with an order of half soy-garlic, half spicy soy-garlic.
