We ordered chicken katsu and drumsticks/wings. When our food was already ordered and almost ready, we saw a roach crawling on the ground in the dining area. The bathroom needs some updating. For me, if a bathroom isn’t clean it worries me. The double fried wings were decent, but we had to pay extra because you had to choose rice or radish but we wanted both. Also, for the chicken Katsu they gave us ranch, but ran out of honey mustard. I never heard of these as options for chicken...
I don't know what happened over the past 6 months. The chicken pieces now are super small. I am not sure if it is because I order to pick up and not eating in the restaurant, but the pieces are tiny. No where as big as they used to serve. Not sure if it management or the source where they are getting the chicken, but I have been disappointed.
I go here aot unfortunately the quality of chicken varies everytime the popcorn chicken is very hard at times and other times decently soft it really sucks since it tastes good but really hard to chew hopefully they fix it
