Captain’s Plaza on US-1 in Edison is an excellent place for dining and celebrations. We went sushi O bistro, venue is spacious, clean, and has a classy ambiance that’s perfect for family gatherings or special events. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended The plaza parking area is little congested and confusing to find parking spaces
