Came here today at 23 weeks expecting .. excited to eat at my favorite diner ! I use to work here , was my very first job . But was met with a very rude and belligerent man named Victor behind the register. I ordered my usual order of a pep cheesesteak w bbq sauce cooked in . I stood and watched my meal being prepared , and noticed the cook didnt add my bbq sauce . I asked for him to please add it and the toppings station girl told me to tell victor . I went back to the front and explained to him that my order was incorrect and with a mean attitude and no remorse or care he automatically suggested a refund without even being willing to fix my order . He is rude and in all my times of coming to Charlie's I have never dealt with such arrogance !

I really wish I could give this place zero stars . The cashier which obviously needs training was so rude . While taking my order she was on her phone and literally rolling her eyes. I don’t know what mode she woke up in but she obviously shouldn’t be doing that job . But she seems young , immature and lack everything else .Not to mention how I spoke to the manager after I express how disrespectful she was she then turned to her manager and told him she’s not taking my order. Lol . Pathetic. But I rather spend my hard working money where it’s appreciated.

Would give zero if i could , miss ivanka has a very bad attitude all because she chose the job of flipping cheesesteaks and because my sister asked for onions added to her sandwich while the man was still actively cooking on the grill and she said NO as if she was paying for my food then the guy puts the wrong cheese that doesn’t even go with the sandwich i ordered, he then tries to put the correct cheese on top after me saying something but gets mad and swipes the steak off to the side of the grill because HE put the wrong cheese after that i chose to just get my money back because im not about to give a business my money that catches an attitude for me simply placing an order and them messing up miss ivanka then chooses to talk smack in spanish to her coworkers all because i want my money back because she has no sense of customer service and after telling her to say it in english she proceeds to get very loud with me STILL in spanish of course needless to say i was never rude to that little girl and even said thank you after receiving my refund 😍 miss ivanka should try anger management

EVERYTIME I ORDER ONLINE I MAKE SURE TO PUT IN NOTES TO ADD PICKLES! Don’t forget the pickles!!! IT MAKES THE WHOLE PHILLY , but ofc EVERYTIME these idiots forget the pickle. Smd. They can’t read or purposely leave the pickles out because 2 pickles will make them bankrupt.

The large sub was maybe 12 inches and skinny. Trust me, order from subology or pick up at good fellas. No lettuce, tomato etc. A dry skinny sub. First and last time ordering. Two stars since were okay and fries actually good.

The tomatoes where green and hard as a rock. Very little meat on the sandwich. Me and my family will now pass by and eat at someplace else in the food court.

Why would you put a drink on the traditional wings combo if you’re not going to actually give me a drink??? 18$ for some wings and fries???? What an absolute rip off!!!!!

I placed a 41 dollar order at Edison mall location I get home the fries in the bag and the sandwich isn’t chickens hard I will be coming back up there

Yesterday my 14 year old son went here with his friends. He ordered just a drink and paid with a $50 bill, he only received change for a $10. When he questioned the cashier, she refused to give him the correct change and either pocketed the money, or the drawer would be over for the day. I have tried to call several times, but there is no working phone number. I am assuming there are cameras in your establishment, probably over the register like most places. We would like his $40 dollars back.

Pretty good for mall food standards, could use a little more seasoning but I had no major complaints with my philly cheese steak. They make everything right in front of you which is a cool experience

Terrible dry tiny leather pieces of what was supposed to be chicken? Not even warm. Slopped together mayo and lettuce. They have tip cups out for the cashier AND the guys who toss brown lettuce pieces and tomatoes onto your sandwich. WHY??! Highly insulting AND they ask for a tip on the receipt, as well.WORST experience at a Charley's and my family happen to be longtime fans??? SAD!

A year ago when I was 9 years old I asked if they speak Spanish and they answered me that if I ordered a sandwich and I asked what it had and they told me mushrooms vegetable candies and after they laughed at me I don't know the name of the person who served me but he looked 15-18 years old and 4 other men of the same age.
