Charleys Cheesesteaks

They actually give you a large sub and dont fill up the bread. They use 3 slices of meat for a large. Thin slices at at that. This place is too cheap. Go to Jersey Mikes or something.

This place is horrible customer service. You can’t even ask for extra sauce without the entire staff ganging up on you talking ill about customers in Spanish. My food was all wrong, they did not care to apologize. They were rude, ill mannered, had no clue what line of service they worked in. Overall worst experience.

today i order lemon and pepper wings when i Recived the wing open the box its disgusted that wasn't lemon and pepper it some tastless wing they throw black pepper on and something out of a bottle i told the server this is not lemon and pepper wings she told me it is i it lemon and Pepper and what i Recived was not lemon and i honestly was going to cus her and i just say not today i will never by chicken from them if thats was lemon and pepper looks like i wouldn't like to see garlic sauce looks like the presention that's on the menu wasn't what i Recived very disappointed

The cook at Menlo Park Mall was very unkind and nasty. I didn’t know rolls are automatically toasted. When stating I didn’t want toasted rolls he became very irate. The team followed suite. My lasting impression of Charley’s is unprofessional, sloppy and quite indecorous. For this reason, I will not return or refer this restaurant to anyone.

Came here today at 23 weeks expecting .. excited to eat at my favorite diner ! I use to work here , was my very first job . But was met with a very rude and belligerent man named Victor behind the register. I ordered my usual order of a pep cheesesteak w bbq sauce cooked in . I stood and watched my meal being prepared , and noticed the cook didnt add my bbq sauce . I asked for him to please add it and the toppings station girl told me to tell victor . I went back to the front and explained to him that my order was incorrect and with a mean attitude and no remorse or care he automatically suggested a refund without even being willing to fix my order . He is rude and in all my times of coming to Charlie's I have never dealt with such arrogance !

I really wish I could give this place zero stars . The cashier which obviously needs training was so rude . While taking my order she was on her phone and literally rolling her eyes. I don’t know what mode she woke up in but she obviously shouldn’t be doing that job . But she seems young , immature and lack everything else .Not to mention how I spoke to the manager after I express how disrespectful she was she then turned to her manager and told him she’s not taking my order. Lol . Pathetic. But I rather spend my hard working money where it’s appreciated.

Would give zero if i could , miss ivanka has a very bad attitude all because she chose the job of flipping cheesesteaks and because my sister asked for onions added to her sandwich while the man was still actively cooking on the grill and she said NO as if she was paying for my food then the guy puts the wrong cheese that doesn’t even go with the sandwich i ordered, he then tries to put the correct cheese on top after me saying something but gets mad and swipes the steak off to the side of the grill because HE put the wrong cheese after that i chose to just get my money back because im not about to give a business my money that catches an attitude for me simply placing an order and them messing up miss ivanka then chooses to talk smack in spanish to her coworkers all because i want my money back because she has no sense of customer service and after telling her to say it in english she proceeds to get very loud with me STILL in spanish of course needless to say i was never rude to that little girl and even said thank you after receiving my refund 😍 miss ivanka should try anger management

EVERYTIME I ORDER ONLINE I MAKE SURE TO PUT IN NOTES TO ADD PICKLES! Don’t forget the pickles!!! IT MAKES THE WHOLE PHILLY , but ofc EVERYTIME these idiots forget the pickle. Smd. They can’t read or purposely leave the pickles out because 2 pickles will make them bankrupt.

The large sub was maybe 12 inches and skinny. Trust me, order from subology or pick up at good fellas. No lettuce, tomato etc. A dry skinny sub. First and last time ordering. Two stars since were okay and fries actually good.
