Terrible dry tiny leather pieces of what was supposed to be chicken? Not even warm. Slopped together mayo and lettuce. They have tip cups out for the cashier AND the guys who toss brown lettuce pieces and tomatoes onto your sandwich. WHY??! Highly insulting AND they ask for a tip on the receipt, as well.WORST experience at a Charley's and my family happen to be longtime fans??? SAD!

Overpriced, tiny sandwich that has nothing to do w a real cheesesteak. Low quality ingredients, canned mushrooms, bread seems microwaved. I asked what sauce normally comes w my order but didn’t understand. Workers don’t understand anything but pointing. Avoid!!!

Philly style cheese steaks whether traditional or chicken cheese steak with a variety of toppings including grilled onions, peppers, cheese and spices. The portions are quite filling and there are a variety of combos that include fries and beverage. The team prepares hundreds of these each day and they work hard to produce consistent, high quality meals...nice job!!

A year ago when I was 9 years old I asked if they speak Spanish and they answered me that if I ordered a sandwich and I asked what it had and they told me mushrooms vegetable candies and after they laughed at me I don't know the name of the person who served me but he looked 15-18 years old and 4 other men of the same age.

I purchased 3 chicken sandwiches with fries but they very conveniently gave us the fries and didn't give us the sandwiches. Very careless and bad practice. No professionalism.

Cheese steaks are good. But tend to not have enough flavor for my tasting. Also the prices are too high but overall a decent fast food spot.
Conveniently located in menlo park mall.. tried first time... i had a buffalo chicken sandwich and some fries/water.. Was about 14$ for this meal. it is slightly pricey because its in the mall. took them about 3-4 mins to make it . You can add extra jalapenos, tomatoes etc. Loved the buffalo sauce and it was spicy .. fries were normal. they do put 2-3 huge cheese slices.. I took them out before eating ! overall a good experience.. thumbs up

Made purchase on January 11th, 2022, in Edison NJ Mall, with a debit card and someone stole my debit card information and made a purchase at Walmart. Thank God I was able to realize it and I’m getting a refund. However one item was delivered to the persons address so I am able to place a police report. Unfortunately this establishment does not have a working phone number so that I can give them a heads up about one of their employees. This was the next best thing to do.

I went to eat there with my mother and they charged us 2 times and they did not want to give us the food when their machine showed that we had paid and we demonstrated that we had made both payments and they kept insisting that we had not paid
