Early dinner with my 12 year old son. Went for Octoberfest as he has never had Schnitzel. Salad bar is back. You check off what you want and the servicer builds your plate. I was not disappointed and the portion was huge. Very tasty. The pierogies and fresh pretzels were delicious. The chicken schnitzel meal was very good as well. This location has gotten better in the last 2 years. I had stopped going as there were really bad smoke odor, dirty everything, poor food and drink experiences but they have really improved service and food quality plus no more smoke from the bar area.

It was absolutely amazing. The chicken marsala was the best I've ever had. The salad was so fresh and delicious and we got a appetizer sampler it was very good. I can't wait to go back. I wish that they didn't close the only one we had on staten island. It was my favorite place to go.

The food is always good here and we were able to eat inside. Its Octoberfest I had the sauerbraten tasted good little on the dry side though. I will have a steak next time, yes we will definitely be back

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we came to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with fine dishes and an efficient team and a professional chef. We put this venue in our phone list and we will no doubt come back soon. Highly recommended.
I've eaten steak all around the country and Charlie Brown's has the best Prime Rib you will ever eat. I've been going with my parents for 35 years. Support your local restaurants, we cannot lose this business.

My son and I went for lunch on 9/12 and sat on the patio. Took a bit to be noticed....a bit more for drinks....ordered our appetizer and got it rather quick. Calamari....can’t mess it up....well, they did. Ordered our meal. Chicken tenders and Prime rib medium rare! Came out quick, a bit too quick.....chicken was rubbery....prime rib overcooked. Told waitress, who offered to get a new steak but my son was already 1/2 way done with his meal so it would’ve taken too long. She said she’d tell her manager. We got the bill, thinking maybe a few bucks off....nope.....fully charged, no manager apology. We really were looking forward to a treat and enjoying the day.....day was beautiful but meal ruined it.
