At this location, I got my order incomplete or wrong for two weeks is a row. First the coup of soup is half way and then they forgot the fries. The staff asked for the receipt after I tossed it. It’s annoying to the customer. Get the orders right.

Worker looked at my bag and put it to the side and it was never called 20 mins later another worker comes up and finally calls the bag never had I waited more then 5-6 mins the workers look like they don’t want to be here

Quick and easy lunch option for weekdays, lines aren't bad and quick service, ample seating.
Order my salad and asked for extra dressing and didn’t get anything. The bad part is I noticed till I got home. I had my baby with me so I couldn’t actually go through my whole meal. When I called all they said was “we’re about to close so you can’t come and get your dressing”. Worst customer service.

Pretty dismal as far as Chick-fil-A is concerned. Got a salad with a cold fillet. My fillet was warm, not cut, and the ingredients on my salad were wrong… they were too busy to try and fix it tho. And it wasn’t a huge deal anyway, but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a wrong order at any Chick-fil-A ever. First for everything I guess.

they had a new employee that didn’t know what to do and she refused to get any managers help. i asked for my food to be made a specific way and it wasn’t. i usually enjoy chick fil a very but , this experience has ruined me. will not be spending my money at menlo park chick fil a ever again!
