The only mark against the service is that they didn't speak any English, but that is also part of the greatness of the place. The food was top notch, the place was packed, and the music was just right. I have gotten delivery numerous times, but dining in was totally worth it.

The service here is horrible and so is the food. We wanted to order the lunch special on the menu and were told they didn't have any. Then we tried to order a soup and were told there also wasn't any so we ordered something we didn't even want. A few minutes later I see the owner recording a live eating a soup and other customers being served the same soup i ask the waitress and she tells us she was unaware there was soup. Not an apology or anything. Very rude service and the food we were served was very salty. Save your money and time and never go here. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

We received our appetizers AFTER our main courses, and got served HOT WATER W/ NO ICE. Disregarding the horrible service food was great. Wish they had better management.

I started shopping almost every day since I moved nearby to Chicken Palace. I always came back for the polloda menu and 1/4 of grilled chicken. Today I had a problem because they gave me 1/8 of chicken instead of the 1/4 that I asked for, that was not the problem because I came back to change it. The bad thing is that when I complained they gave me 1/4 of cold chicken that was exaggeratedly salty and they added more salt to the potatoes that were previously good to the point of being inedible, now the question is, why do that evil thing? The saddest thing is that that was the only food I tried to eat all day since due to my schedule I work up to 12 continuous hours. Unfortunate because seriously as a regular customer it will be the last time I return. Totally a shame on the part of the kitchen.

i’m sorry but when i went into the restaurant i tried my best to speak as it is written on the menu . i said chaufa CARNE and drive home with white rice. i used to own a subway in a mixed neighborhood and i learned how to speak spanish for all the items. this is a very young girl at the front and additionally she hung up on me after telling me i don’t speak english. i drove 55 minutes roundtrip. it is not right. make an effort - i made an effort and still got ripped off. it makes no sense especially since i ordered the whole chicken package which says it comes with CHAUFA - why did you give me white rice!

Nice cozy place, good food, delicious, the cooks are on par with the greats and comfortable in the prices. Excellent, the girls who work there, good service, very attentive and helpful to my people, especially leaving their tips, they deserve it.

I went to buy a jelly and apparently the oil was already old because the seafood jelly could taste bitter because when the oil is already used many times the food tastes bitter, and the lettuce they put on the sides was damaged in color Woww coffee I called and they don't care about customer service, I bought it for the first time and the truth is I won't go back nor recommend it I would like to put the photo but the publication doesn't give any options
