Don't order for a pick up or delivery cuz 9 out of 10 times they don't have guacamole.

I was not really a fan of my experience at this place. To start, very understaffed, and they make some mistakes whilst checking out. Also, as I asked for a cup to use for the fountain drinks, they slammed the cup in front of me. I did not feel comfortable after that.

Honestly it’s pointless for this location to have a pick up time. I was confirmed for pickup 4:20pm. I deliberately left my house at 4:15 so I can get there at 4:30pm, pick up my food on the shelf and leave. There was no pick up on the shelf, there was 4 other ppl waiting even though they all chose pickup. I walked up to the lady and asked if my order was ready, she yelled NO! I backed up like okay in a defeated manner. Maybe if she was nice , I wouldn’t mind but the reaction I got will never let me go back in there. All my friends that wanted me to try chipotle will hear about my experience for straight up one year as their punishment 😂 I mean as a first time customer, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The other day I went there for lunch, stood there for 10 mins at the counter and not one person asked to take my order. Not one customer in front or behind me. Additionally I could not help but notice how dirty this location is, the glass entry door looked like a Petri dish, the tables were dirty, the food serving counter was dirty and the place had just opened for the day. I decided to turn and leave, took my business elsewhere in the food court! Nasty!

Chipotle, we need to talk.
I’m not sure what’s happening at this location, but today’s experience was downright unacceptable. I placed a pickup order well in advance, only to wait nearly 40 minutes for it to be ready. I wasn’t alone there were five other people waiting for pickup orders, looking just as frustrated as I was. Meanwhile, customers were walking out because the wait times were ridiculous.
This isn’t a one-off issue either; every time I come here, the service somehow manages to get worse. How does that even happen? If this is the standard now, consider this my last visit. And it sucks because it’s the closest location to me. Get it together.

Crowded
One of the worst managed Chipotle store Ive been to. Manager on duty yelling there is no more white rice and its 5pm on Sunday. Note that this place closes at 10pm. The tables were disgusting and garbage overflowing and on the floor. (looks like they never collected it) disgusting.

They consistently miss pickup times by 15-25 minutes. The staff cannot prioritize. You are better off just go into the store and waiting online. Speaking of... The store is unkempt even when not busy.
