I've def got food poisoning from this location and had undercooked, frozen food in my bowl. Also multiple times they have full on forgotten bowls and drinks in orders done through doordash. And then the company only refunds you CREDIT - not money back.

Worst chipotle I ever went to. We Ate there around 6 before our movie started. The place is filthy and cross contamination ever like cheese in guacamole. The servings they give you is really low. Both our bowls, chicken and barbacao barely had any food on it. Service was mad slow even if they had so many workers there. What’s worse is I messaged customer service and gave them my exact order number and they’re still trying to get more information as if I was lying. Clearly I’m not the only one with issues with this disgusting chipotle as other people have clearly reviewed the place badly too. This place needs to wipe down, stay organized, and serve actual portion sizes and not rip customers off. Someone might even get food poisoning with how things are all over the place.

Ordered on Uber eats. I ordered a salad with NO RICE they sent me a burrito bowl full of rice missing 4 add on items !!!! Why not just cancel the order if you don’t have what I’m ordering ? Waste of time & money. No taste trash ugh chipotle is just going down!!! Cooperation sucks I’m always having a problem!! Every location same exact thing

This is the only Chipotle I know that can’t get their chicken seasoned right. The regular chicken is salty and completely too spicy. Their rice is also over seasoned. They definitely need someone else to cook. Also they always forget my veggies on my bowl.

I can’t even understand. Whenever Iam here after 8 or so they don’t even provide the proper chipotle bowl and we took 3 bowls. (they do say they are out of guac or mild or something like that ).The staff are so rude.

I came in and two of the workers at the grille were bickering with each other... great start. I ask for a carnitas bowl and the worker at the counter accidentally put in steak. I corrected her, and she started to pick up the meat with her hands and put it back in the serving container... Never even offered to make a new bowl or apologize. Yes she was wearing gloves but that is still not food safe. Disgusting.
