Disappointed. Chips were overly salty, and the staff seemed totally uninterested in being there zero energy or willingness to serve. The food itself was bland and barely warm. The steak, in particular, was tough and chewy. Definitely not the quality I expect from Chipotle.

There is a lady who was soloing , she served another customer who was infront of me, she check her out. And then she served me but instead of pay me out she went back to serve other customers behind me. Which is giving me question marks if I’m waiting another customer till their pay out but she can’t make other customers wait for my pay out? Lets say problem is this, when I ask another lady to help me she came with an attitude and I was about adress the problem she cut me off and she told me the total price. Her attitude made whole picture worse. I’m working at retail too and that’s never be my attitude. And I hope she will coach by her managers. I don’t think she is manager and she can be. Just for the future reference she was at mobile prep, and it happened 12:10 pm today.

This location has gone downhill. I ordered for an 11am pick up and the app indicated that it was ready but I waited an additional 10 minutes in the pick up lane. The food is so salty! I order often from various locations and this one was unbelievably filled with sodium. And they forgot my tomato salsa!
