This place is a zoo. To say it's run by children would be an insult to children.The service is terrible and the employees are completely unprofessional. Their general attitude is you're inconveniencing them and they're doing you a favor. They talk on their cellphones while at the register, disappear to the back leaving no one to help customers in the front. It's unreal.The dining area closes at 9 but the chairs are on the tables by 8:30. I'm convinced they hate their patrons.The cherry on top is they're often out of many ingredients. How does that happen? They only have about ten of them!I hope Chipotle steps in and fixes this place. It's such a shame.

If u r here then it's ur worst mistake, they gave us uncooked rice, chicken was burnt, too salty.. everything is horrible here...even the chips were uncooked and oil was clearly visible.....Seems they are purposefully trying to punish customers coming here for food.... big red flag to this location..
We went today saturday feb 3 2024 ,The place was dirty with garbages over flowing and the food counters were dirty too and also the floors .When time came to place the order we ordered veg burrito but they had no pinto beans no onion and pepper fajitas and charged more for adding queso despite of not having ingrediants that is needed for veg items . Also the girl on the cash counter was rude and no appologies no thank you nothing and had an attitiude .I would never go to the place again and would not recommend anyone to go there as well .

While this location is poorly maintained (sticky counters, overflowing garbage cans) the staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that they pile on the portions! Highly recommend the kids meal tacos. It costs under $6 and you get more than enough.
