The seafood here was incredibly fresh — especially the crabs, fish and sashimi. The flavor was authentic and rich. I also liked the variety of the menu and how clean and organized everything was. The staff were friendly and attentive even though the place was busy. Overall, a great spot for real Sichuan hotpot, and definitely my go-to in Edison even in NJ for seafood hotpot.

The food is pretty fresh and taste good! Top tier among all the hotpot buffet I have been to. The service is aslo excellet, we found the spicy pot is a bit too spicy after ordered it and the waitress tried differeng ways to help reduce the spicy level. really nice experience!
