I really enjoyed this seafood hotpot buffet! There were so many options to choose from, and all the seafood was super fresh. I especially loved the tomato soup base — rich and flavorful. The seafood and meat are incredibly fresh, making each bite rich and satisfying. The seafood here was incredibly fresh — especially the crabs, fish and sashimi. The flavor was authentic and rich. I also liked the variety of the menu and how clean and organized everything was. The staff were friendly and attentive even though the place was busy. Overall, a great spot for real Sichuan hotpot, and definitely my go-to in Edison even in NJ for seafood hotpot.
