This is a great place to go to entertain the little ones. The food used to be delicious. However, something has changed within the five years. I cannot put my finger on it however it does not taste the same as before. Service is exceptional for a Chuck E Cheese. The atmosphere has been drastically updated. The only item I miss is the Chuck E Cheese band. The prices are outrageous yet that seems to be there norm now because of inflationParking: There is a huge parking lot since this Chuck E Cheese is located within a plaza.Kid-friendliness: Games are easy and fun to play. There are also games that offer a bit of a challenge. There is a dance area for the kids as well as a projection screen as well a multiple television so the parents and children can see what is playing from the projection screen. There are prizes that you can trade in tickets for to win.

This place is wildly disrespectful. The staff does not understand what it means to help the customer no matter how much they know what they’re doing. This is the worst Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. Although there are certain things that do look good, but the service makes it worthwhile. Meanwhile, this service doesn’t add up to the name. Shari, the manager, was CARING, SINCERE, very helpful and quick! Not one time did I feel as if I was an inconvenience to her in spite of the place being packed on a mid day Saturday as it was. I even observed her interactions with her team, and her attributes carried over to them in my presence. That certainly impressed me as a regional manager myself. My grandkids had a blast! The place was clean and large. The bathrooms was tidy and had toilet tissue ?, our food came out fresh and warm my grands dug right into it. I will definitely be back.

Had a party for my daughter back in 2022, we’ve had an exceptional experience. Based on such previous experience my daughter was eager to return for her 5th birthday celebration, she was even more excited about the upgrade that was advertised on TV. It was a total disappointment for us, she almost fell off the benches they now provided; because they’re not sturdy, and this is a safety issue concern, back in 2022 there were chairs that provided better accommodations. Our party area was messy and dirty, the table wasn’t properly decorated. I asked the hostess if there was a party before ours and she confirmed that a party was held before our arrival. The wait time for the party was longer than usual. I was totally disappointed even with the serving of the food, except for the pizza that was delicious. Was told we’d get sodas for the adults and fruit punch for the kids, we got a filthy jar of kool aid, without sodas for the adults. That advertised upgrade is catfished because it’s not better it’s even worst. However, the hostess and other staffs tried their very best to provide a satisfactory experience which is highly appreciated. Whosoever is in charge of the process of this upgrade need to revisit their thinking box. Overall, my daughter was still able to have a bit of fun and enjoyment And it’s still a kid-friendly place to burst all that energy.

I could not let another moment pass without publicly thanking Matt (manager/owner) for his kindness and over the top customer service yesterday. I arrived at the location prepared for a party of 20 plus kids and 20 adults, only to realize I booked the party for the 26th and not the 25th. To make matters worse, the party section was completely booked. Overwhelmed and distraught is an understatement for how I felt in that moment but Matt assured me he would help me to figure something out. I’m happy to say that is exactly what he did. If I hadn’t told my guests the error I made, they would have been none the wiser because Matt made it happen. The entire staff there was kind and accommodating. It is a clean facility with clean and working games. Although it was packed, it didn’t feel uncomfortably so. To be honest Chuck E Cheese locations haven’t always been on the top of my places to go for birthday parties but this location is doing all of the right things so kids can be kids, and adults who make silly mistakes can still give their 5 year old the best day ever.
