This guy messed up my order and had me wait an hour until he corrected it. I waited for my order from 5:15PM until 6:15PM on Feb. 24th - Saturday. The guy had glasses. I understand he's handling peak hours, but making the customer wait almost an hour for him to correct the order is insane.

It's a cute little place inside the 99 cent market! So far their bumble teas have been really good.
I was there in coco fresh tea inside the 99 ranch supermarket jersey city on 01/24/22 at around 12:15pm. There were no attendees at all and when they finally appeared, I was not asked at all if I needed to order. Both young ladies were on their mobile devices and were both just hiding at the back not wanting to work. When I decided not to order and let another costumer order, one of the young lady was confrontation and I just left. To my surprise I was filled and confronted with he same young lady cursing at me. Please address this. I have emailed and reached out to the company and have not heard anything back. For a local customer…I am frustrated, dismay, and fearing now for my life and unborn child. I am in a very sensitive/fragile state of my pregnancy and to be treated like this for no reason is not acceptable.
