I had a great experience at Cozy Tea Loft Place! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing—perfect for studying, reading, or just enjoying some quiet time with friends or family members. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome right away.
The tea selection is amazing! I tried the jasmine green tea and the chai latte—both were fresh and full of flavor. Even when I am ever confused on what I want, I usually ask the staff which one they would recommend and their recommendations are really good. They also have tasty snacks and desserts that go really well with the tea.
Everything was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the calm music playing in the background. Even if you need help with lowering the music volume you can usually let the staff now they can help with that as well.
I’ll definitely come back again and again. Cozy Tea Loft Place is now one of my favorite spots!

Location is in an odd location and limited parking but the inside of the tea place was super spacious! People usually hold events here and its a nice place to stay with friends. Its just ok to me though since the drinks you can get here you can get at other locations. The menu items are also a bit pricey for my liking and not really worth that extra $1 or 2

The boba is good but the price is about 30% higher than any other place in Edison. A regular milk tea is over $8 and doesn’t even come with pearls (can add on for ANOTHER $1). Kind of ridiculous lol this place will probably go out of business soon tbh. Just go to Mr wish, akihi, mi tea, literally any other place is MUCH cheaper for better quality also.

Listen to the ladies upfront. I went in there not knowing what I should order and I was suggested a very nice and refreshing beverage. I'm not good with names but I'm sure who ever you speak with, they will be able to guide you to something that matches your taste. I would highly recommend going to Cozy Tea. Great service. Great ambiance. Truly just a nice hole in the wall place to kick it.

Cozy Tea Loft generously helped the JP Stevens Class of 2025 with our after school fundraising this year. They couldn’t have been more helpful, with one of their employees delivering boba teas to our school, and being one of the most pleasant people on the planet. Thx a ton you are the best. very helpful staff and very welcoming! not to sound like that type of person but when it comes to new places I can be picky because of first impressions. I explained what my flavor preferences are and they were able to create something that fit exactly what i was craving! it tasted like a mango pina colada lemonade if im not mistaken, but i most definitely will visit again and expand my likings! Thank you so much!

I just walked into Cozy Tea Loft today during what seems like a rush or a crowded time. The barista, Celdave was extremely professional and efficient with making orders and helping customers and accommodating them. I wanted to applause this place for being the best I’ve tried in the area, even when working under pressure. Amazing job! I look forward to ordering here again. I highly recommend this place for good quality boba and customer service.

It took almost 45 minutes for 3 drinks and two small snacks. Never coming back. Plus the racist group saying the n word in the corner did not help. If you can go somewhere please do

I ordered a Sparkling Strawberry with boba through Uber eats. It didn’t take long to deliver because it was evening. The drink was nothing but flat! There was ZERO carbonation..It tasted like complete sugar water! What’s worse was that I paid more for the delivery charge because of the time I ordered without realizing almost TRIPLE the price of the drink! And the cherry on top was that the drink made me sick!! NOT worth it!!
