Staff was very nice, there had only been one girl there and she was doing her best and despite being busy she still made everything very good
I have placed Oreo Carmel chocolate hot tea . It’s awesome taste and very hot .
Stopped by Cozy Tea Loft just 10 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Shay went above and beyond making my favorite drink, the Hokkaido milk tea. I asked if it could be made hot, and even extra hot, since it’s usually served lukewarm. She kindly explained that the milk is refrigerated, but still worked diligently and thoughtfully to get it just right.
On such a cold night, her patience, care, and positive attitude really stood out. I’m so grateful for her hard work and kindness, especially so close to closing time. It felt meaningful to end the year with Cozy Tea Loft, a perfect way to close out 2025😊thank you! ☕✨
It's a nice place. The reception is very good. Nice employee

Best bubble tea spot in Jersey!!!
Best bubble tea shop I’ve genuinely ever been to. Such high quality and the shop atmosphere is so nice. They have so many games available for customers to play and the staff are always so sweet to me and my parents whenever we come. This is such a gem in the area I recommend everyone to come and check it out:)
Reviewed mainly for Bubble Tea :
- Flavor: Fair selection available. I got the Oolong Milk Tea. The tea used in the milk tea is distinguished and of good quality but lacks any strong notes of bitter or astringent bite. You can tell it's definitely tea but the watery consistency of the final milk tea makes it more tea than milk tea.
- Boba: Decent amount of Boba albeit slightly small in proportion to the amount of tea given. While slightly elastic for a nice chew without being gummy, the boba often tend to clump together into a large mass that requires some effort to drink.
- Price: A pleasantly cheap bubble tea (6$, 2025) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$). The amount of tea and boba are well worth the price.
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I would frequent when nearby. I could easily consider it an exemplary tea place but the bubble tea itself needs a bit fine tuning.
- Extra - The cafe is geared for a hanging out atmosphere. The hours of operation are generous and the staff are attentive and courteous.
Nice ambience and quality of tea

Great comfy Bobba place! Chill vibes, good music, calm enough to study, friendly staff and ofc great tea.
Black cloud with milk tea was amazing.
I’ve been going to this place semi-regularly ever since it opened. It’s a favorite boba spot for me and my family. A lot of the recent reviews talk about the drinks not tasting the way they thought it would but there are descriptions on the self service kiosk and also the staff is always willing to take the time to explain.
Drinks are watered down. You can only taste the sugar.
I asked if they coukd make me a matcha tea and to add strawberry with coconut milk. After they agreed and said they could. I paid and then they said they can't do it. What they gave me wasn't what I wanted and unfortunately it didn't taste good either. I wont be returning.
Probably the worst boba I’ve ever had. Idk if it was a bad day or something but the matcha latte was not good and the boba tasted stale or undercooked. The ambiance is nice and I’m sure the staff is too, but their drinks are really bad.
