Spend 40 mins driving there but everything is closed, the phone is not existing, although it was during open hours and google maps says open too

If you live, work or are visiting near Edison, you absolutely have to go visit Chris at Cypress Brewing Company. Amazing beer, especially IPAs and sours. Their stouts aren’t too shabby either. Friendly, helpful and talented. Plus, you can’t beat a brewery with a dog and 3 cats!

Great beer and adorable foster puppies!

I have known Charlie and his family for many years. When his mom told me that he was planning to open Cypress I knew that it would be a success. Charlie and his cohorts bring energy, creativity and a work ethic that is evident with every barrel of beer brewed. Thanks for bringing a quality product to us every week in a very competitive environment. Cheers 🍻

CHARLIE ❤️ thank you so much for this first-time experience! They have a great selection on tap, a bunch of us got flights. Charlie’s the head brewer. We LOVED tiramisu, naughty, freedom toast and coconut. We’re totally coming back!!!

Went there for a party. Beer was good but there are stray cats running around and I left with my clothes being full of cat hair.

This place is amazing! Had our holiday work party here tonight. The helpful and welcoming atmosphere was so appreciated! I can’t wait to come back next year for our holiday work party, we had a blast! Charles the owner made everything so easy and really goes out of his way for people. He makes such a good selection of beer and love that there’s seltzer too! Would recommend this place to anyone! Such cozy and good place to be!

Nice staff and delicious take on fruit infused beers. Always nice to see a fresh and unique take.

After visiting over 110 small craft breweries in New Jersey, this brewery was the tale of two cities...on one hand, the beers were VERY, VERY good!! Lots of flavor, fresh, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the bartender was not a welcoming man whatsoever...he spent just about the whole time with his nose in his cell phone or watching the football game on TV. Also, I am a huge pet lover and loved the cats that roam the brewery...but if you are planning on having a bite to eat there, I am not too sure that allowing the cats to walk and sit on the tables and bar is a good thing. Other than truly loving the beers, this was the first time in all of my visits to other breweries that my wife and I couldn't get out of this brewery fast enough...sad.

I was here Nov 19 and it was suppose to be open at 2 pm. It was not open

My friend and I enjoyed the beer, but the owner happened to be there while we were there, he was really weird and kept inserting himself into our private conversation. Not cool, dude.

I've been to plenty of breweries and wineries. The beer is just ok. Service is mediocre.

If you're lucky the owner/brewer will be there. The conversations are as great as the beer. The last two trips were 3+ hours of that. Love this place!

Solid beers but the guy tending the bar tried to insinuate that I wanted to rob the place when I asked for a tour, even though tours are openly given to anyone who asks. He wasn’t even kidding, like I could see the suspicion on his face, which I found to be quite hilarious. I could have started a fight with him over his ignorance because of how offensive he was, but I have more class than that. His weird attitude alone is enough for me to never go back. There are better places to get a beer with better people serving them.
