Had a great time sipping beers and chatting with Charlie and his foster dog! So many good beers and Charlie is very friendly and more than willing to show you around the place. Was extremely entertaining for a solo traveler!
Nice place
They are working till late night
It was closed for a few months, but was recently reopened
Unfortunately, I prefer a different type of beer which was not on the menu
The place is a bit hard to find unless you are using something like Google maps

If you live, work or are visiting near Edison, you absolutely have to go visit Chris at Cypress Brewing Company. Amazing beer, especially IPAs and sours. Their stouts aren’t too shabby either. Friendly, helpful and talented. Plus, you can’t beat a brewery with a dog and 3 cats!
