If you live, work or are visiting near Edison, you absolutely have to go visit Chris at Cypress Brewing Company. Amazing beer, especially IPAs and sours. Their stouts aren’t too shabby either. Friendly, helpful and talented. Plus, you can’t beat a brewery with a dog and 3 cats!
I have known Charlie and his family for many years. When his mom told me that he was planning to open Cypress I knew that it would be a success. Charlie and his cohorts bring energy, creativity and a work ethic that is evident with every barrel of beer brewed. CHARLIE ❤️ thank you so much for this first-time experience! They have a great selection on tap, a bunch of us got flights. Charlie’s the head brewer. We LOVED tiramisu, naughty, freedom toast and coconut. We’re totally coming back!!!
