After a long day at work, I was hoping to enjoy the ice cream given how gorgeous the weather was. I was met with the incredibly rude owner. Next time, I’ll just drive a little further and go to a proper ice cream place with far better service and appreciation for the customer. I would never purchase a cake here or recommend to others.

Worst DQ experience we've ever had, blizzard was plain chocolate ice cream with almost no toppings, prices are higher compared to other DQ stores. It was a total waste of time and money, had to drive 20 mins just to be left with a bad experience. Bad service, will never visit again.

In this day and age nothing is ever expected and sometimes is never truly appreciated. I have worked customer service my whole life and I have to say that the manager of this location is just a genuinely kind individual.The random kindness that the manager treated my son to shows the positive side of the customer service business. The new Nutter Butter shake was fantastic, my son loved his scoops of green mint chocolate chip, and my wife loved the Brownie Batter Blizzard.The manager here knows how to give mom and pop quality service while still being a corporate run franchise. Great store and we will be back!
