Disappointing Experience at Dakshin
I recently ordered Chicken 65 for takeout from Dakshin Edison, but unfortunately, the food quality was extremely poor. The chicken was stale and overly chewy, making it inedible. I ended up throwing it away.
To make matters worse, when I called to inform them about the issue, I didn't receive an apology or any semblance of concern for their customer's experience. The lack of customer care and service was alarming.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering food from Dakshin again.

We recently visited this restaurant. Was in doubt as we went late and no one was there in the hotel. Ordered Dosai (Paper, Cheese, Chocolate, Rava Onion) ..we never expected..the taste was dammm good..Kids also enjoyed and had..Highly Recommended.

Been a very old customer from the time this place was a small joint and our fav used to be BR4 special chicken biryani. Everytime we ordered the rice was full of flavour and always more chicken than you can finish. Apparently i spired by padt memories the BR4 is the worst food I've ever ordered full of plain rice and a few lices of some 'flavour'of chicken. Vwry disappointed. The black pepper chicken is orange in color cooked in tomato paste ?. I gind it funny that why would a chef/cook do that. Mild flaour of pepper for the astheticsandthats it.
Guess they lost a customer for good
Parking: Limited parking spots, once you get in very difficult to get out and merge with heavy oaktree traffic.

Chicken chettinad came as some masala curry and biryani tasted stale. I blame my friend who suggested this place.
I tried the sambar and dosas. It dosas were kind of oily. The sambar was different. I wouldn't place this on the top of the list.

We ordered food for 40 adults here and gone with special chicken briyani, gobi manchurian and chicken 65 large trays. The food is not that much good like the individual boxes. Chicken 65 is too rough, had sour taste, too much food color. Gobi manchurian salty, briyani is better. But not taste like their individual box briyani..my guests told me they had stomach upset.
