This is a very busy oral surgical practice. In healthcare, this is called a factory. Get them in get him out. I was told I would be returning to the office in 3 months for my implant. When I arrived after the 3 months, it was just a post-op check up. I took the day off and now I have to take another day off. They had no intention of doing the procedure the day they told me they would. The credit card lady was clueless other than how to run my credit card. This practice came recommended by my dentist, I will be discussing with my dentist about the appropriateness of referrals to this practice. I feel very confident in the abilities of the oral surgeon. I don't feel confident in the integrity and abilities of the other staff members.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by emergency appointment. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Patel who proved to be an incredible oral surgeon. He definitely lights up the room with his presence and works effectively and efficiently with his hands. The entire procedure was complete in no more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Riverside Oral Surgery to anyone who is looking to get a procedure done.

I had a bad tooth infection and was told that it had to be extracted.My dentist couldn’t do it and referred me to riverside.I went today to get my tooth extracted and the process was very smooth.From the time I walked in until the time I walked out.Dr Rinil Patel along with his assistant explained everything to me.He was able to get the tooth out in no time.I didn’t even know it was out until he told me,that’s how smooth things were.I recommend them to everyone.
