They made us wait almost an hour for our food. I ordered chicken Tikka 4 pieces and I I know that it does not take almost an hour to make that dish. There was only one other couple in the place who came in after us and they were served before us. We had to pay an extra $7.99 for veg biriyani rice since the chicken did not come with rice. My son ordered a spinach paratha with goat meat, no rice came with that dish either. The Indian couple sitting near us called us monkeys went we passed their table to use the restroom. The Mango lassi was not very good and we had to buy bottled water. Apparently they must not have water or ice?Our bill was $60 insane! Do not go to this place and spend your money with in this restaurant which clearly does not like African Americans.

The food at Desi Tadka is delicious. We have catered the food from here on multiple occasions. The staff has never disappointed us. Our guests also used them after tasting the food at our parties.
We had onsite catering for our Shiv pooja at home, after getting takeout food from them few times before.Food was sooo delicious. Service was fantastic. The staff was very professional and friendly. They made few food items on site with no issues. I would definitely recommend Desi Tadka to anyone who would like to have take out or get food catered home for any occasions.

Vegetarian options: As a devout believer in the Swaminarayan Sampraday, this restaurant accommodated all my needs. The food was excellent without using onion and garlic. You could tell this establishment was serious about costumerservice and respected all of our individual needs!Kid-friendliness: kids loved it ?. The decoration is beautiful and offers a great look into the traditional Indian style! the menu options were just enough for my children and the food was too their liking.
