Disrespectful people. Today I ordered a pizza online at this place. When entered inside, the person was eating pizza in the preparation area. He didn’t even wash his hands and started preparing the pizza. When he came to the register, he was so disrespectful to all the customers. This place and people work here are so ridiculous.

I ordered a large veg pizza and i requested them chili flakes they give me just one chili flake and they are talking rude this is not my first time previously i used to come every week today im bursting out every time they used to talk rude and if you need to talk anything talk to GM of this store they said if we about to talk to him they simply used to say he’s not here and drivers too ridiculous if we order anything online I could miss anything for this store

One of the worst customer service I literally bought two pizza and I asked can I get one more chili pepper flakes they told me you will only get two because you bought two pizza and I told him I will pay extra. He still didn’t give it to me and when I told him I will review about you he said go ahead . none of employees speak English properly things are everything on the floor not organize really well. employees will touch their hairs nose. They won’t wash their hands. It was ridiculous I hope I get a reply from district manager, and manager

Extremely rude service. The driver delivered my ice cold pizza with no drinks and dip that i paid for. He wasnt even sure if I had ordered it. Called the store they hung up in 2 milliseconds saying "ok will send" with no apology or even acknowledging their mistake. The whole online customer service is so tedious and time consuming. At last I had a cold pizza with no drink ?

Every time I go. they have black pepper but they always say they no or give like one packet for a whole pizza. i am not sure why but they alway have done this other than that it overall the place is
I placed an order for delivery through the app an hour before closing. The order said it was being prepared, then 15 minutes later was cancelled. I called the store to find out what happened, and when I was asking what time the place closes, I was hung up on. I called back and someone else immediately picked up, and they knew that I was just hung up on, but they told me they didn't know who hung up on me. I asked why my order was cancelled, and they said it was because today was busy and they ran out of pizza dough at 10pm. Understandable, but why couldn't someone call to inform me of that and why did the call drop? Also, for the record, this is the 3rd time I've had an order cancelled from this store recently. The other times were similar, no one let me know, but I'm assuming, and it was implied by the person on the phone, that it's because they run out of dough by the evening. If this is a consistent issue, why are you not adjusting your inventory? Why are you continuing to let orders come through and remaining open if you run out of your main ingredient? I'm no longer ordering Domino's through the app since it doesn't let you choose what store you are ordering from. There's a reason you have so many negative reviews.

I dont get why dominoes doesnt allow you to change the store location you order from when your near 2 stores this store has a 2.7 rightfully so the pizza is always either cold or dry as if it was sitting out in a heating lamp i never once ever gotten a pizza fresh from this store anystore 4 and below should just be taken off the app because jeeze this is horrible like if you don’t believe me try it order from them it has to be the worse if not top 10 worse dominos in the country alone they need new management for real. I order through the app and never received my order
