Pizza was ready and I was there in the store for pickup.. I clearly informed pizza is ready and please hand over.. but the lady on the counter was very reckless and not ready to hear my concern and the pizza didn’t collected from the oven.. in front of my eyes it fell down and then she was I need to wait for another 15 minutes to prepare the new pizza and when it ready collect it. She was very adamant on the service

Ordered pizza online for delivery. Tracking order states delivered. Not delivered to me so I call store. He tells me they will be there in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later still no delivery. Canceled ordered. Last time I will ever have Domino's.

Placed order at 9:30pm and order was not even prepared yet at 11pm had to drive there and cancel the order will not be ordering from dominos again. New Update 12/11/2024 same thing happened again waited over 1 hour for pizza that never came. I called and they blatantly lied about calling me 3 times and attempting to deliver when I have cameras. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

I don’t know why I bother with Dominoes. Almost 2 hours to get delivered. Cold pizza. Garbage customer service when you call to inquire where your order is. I had to use my son’s phone because they weren’t answering my calls (they answered his). Lesson learned, support your local pizzerias not your terrible local Dominoes franchise.

Absolutely horrible experience with Domino’s! The pizza was beyond disappointing—tasted stale, bland, and just plain awful. The crust was soggy, the toppings barely there, and the overall flavor was disgusting. I regret ordering from here, as it’s easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
I picked my order curbside from Dominos at 7:45pm on Halloween. Ian was the young man who brought my order to my car. Not only did he come in early to make goodie bags but even at 7:45pm still had a great work attitude. He provided a 5 star customer service. I will def go back to the store just because of Ian’s kind and welcoming smile and his wonderful work ethic. Thank you Ian! @Dominos he deserves a huge shout out!!!

There are different people every time I visit this store, I wanted to rate 1 star for my previous experience at this store but when I visited last time it was very pleasant experience , I ordered to pickup my dinner and as soon as I arrived my Pizzas were ready. I always have an opinion that I should eat the pizza soon after it was taken out from oven. They served it very hot and it was tasty , delicious and fluffy.
