We got a cappuccino with almond milk and there was barely any foam we only asked for 1 pump mocha and they made it too sweet. The bagel bites with cold as well.

RESERVATION RUNNER
Drive thru on Sunday afternoon, and the drive through attendant did not put the cap on tight, handed me the coffee, and it spilt half the contents into my car center console, next to my passenger. I was furious, and cursed out the attendant. went in got lots of extra napkins and had to sop up the mess in my car; went in and asked for replacement coffee, which they gave. I would give a one start review for the poor service. But, through my anger, I delivered enough curses, loudly, which I am not proud of, but lost my temper, to more than make up for the bad service. Therefore, in compensation, I give 5 stars.

This is the worst Dunkin. Every time I go here I order my coffee with oat milk and they decide to randomly add cream. I asked them to make it without cream and they keep lying saying that’s just how it looks when the sticker clearly says they added cream. I order the same thing all the time from plenty of places and it never tastes or looks like that. I’m DONE coming here. I’ll go out my way to go to a different location. Plus depending what time you go, a lot of the employees have terrible customer service skills.

I'm usually not want to give reviews but I felt obligated to make one about this place the drive through here Is horrible you wait in line for an extended period of time and either the order is incorrect or made horribly I just pulled up to the order menu at 3:30 in the afternoon the woman behind the window said she needed a moment to take my order I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes when I decided to pull off she's just leaning on the window doing absolutely nothing this place is horrible
Just bought macha latte large coffee… don’t know it’s coffee or water … pathetic 6.71$ cold water with full large cup of ice with some sugar syrup n bit of coffee… damn DunkinHad free reward that was worse than the paid iced water … don’t go here pleaseThe lady taking drive thru order was like playing silent game … or May he talking as per her wishThis 1 star was compulsory to write review otherwise minus 100 stars for this

Employees are playing inside and no one is responding and waited for 3 minutes to talk to them and they are not taking order when walk inside .they are giving priority to drive through guys .i waited almost 15 minutes to get only bagel and no busy
