Arshath was super pleasant! After asking him to remake my coffee drink because it was too watery, he didn’t hesitate to fix it for me. The atmosphere here is really nice too if you’re looking for a place to work on some online things.

I got my order, and I ordered snacking bacon. I noticed that there was barely anything in there. I asked them to put more and instead of just putting more to fill the bag which wasn’t even half way, they were like there’s the right amount in there. Laughable. Will not be returning to this Dunkin. I can tell it is a family run business, which could have been the problem with them being cheap.

I went to get a refresher and do some homework. I sat there did my homework. I asked the lady at the front counter if I could borrow a pen for a moment upon returning the pen she was busy, so I placed the pen in front of the computer screen where you Order. The woman asked me where the pen was, I let her know it was in front of the counter. She began to yell at me in front of other guests extremely loudly over and over again saying I had to put the pen in her hand. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful, all over a pen. I will not be returning to this Dunkin. I will drive to another town just to avoid coming here. I’m not sure her name she was wearing a mask and glasses.

I work in the area so this place is my go to Dunkin Donuts. The people are really really nice and I love the new remodeling of the place. Dunkin always puts me in a better mood. America truly runs on Dunkin. 💚☕️🍩

Today I decided to get dunkin breakfast with my co worker. Everything was disgusting and cold. I tried the new scramble brisket bowl. I had 2 very small pieces of brisket and a little bit of eggs. The hash browns taste stale. I was given a hard, stale, dark croissant. And even my mini bagel bites taste stale. Never again ...

The lady seemed nice but my coffee didn’t taste like a caramel craze and I asked for whipped cream and the guy inside wanted to charge me a dollar for it !!! That’s crazy. ? next time I’ll go to Starbucks!!!
