The lady seemed nice but my coffee didn’t taste like a caramel craze and I asked for whipped cream and the guy inside wanted to charge me a dollar for it !!! That’s crazy. ? next time I’ll go to Starbucks!!!

Coffee is good but apparently there is a butter shortage. This is consistently a problem as I generally avoid ordering them.
Drivethrough morning cashiers are always trying to scam you. They purposely give you the incorrect change and no receipt, hoping you won't count it and when you do they get an attitude. I've caught the same gentleman multiple times giving me the wrong change and then acts surprise when I call him out on it.

I do not like to see people standing outside with plastic gloves on from in the store smoking and spitting, only to go back in and use the same gloves to make or serve my food or drinks! This is unsanitary, and gross.
