Coffee is good but apparently there is a butter shortage. This is consistently a problem as I generally avoid ordering them.

Drivethrough morning cashiers are always trying to scam you. They purposely give you the incorrect change and no receipt, hoping you won't count it and when you do they get an attitude. I've caught the same gentleman multiple times giving me the wrong change and then acts surprise when I call him out on it.

I do not like to see people standing outside with plastic gloves on from in the store smoking and spitting, only to go back in and use the same gloves to make or serve my food or drinks! This is unsanitary, and gross.

I would like to know how an iced coffee with 2 Splenda and milk translates to an iced coffee with 3 mocha shots and 3 cream.
It says they close at 10pm, got there 9:47 and they said they were closed. Update your hours then.

This Dunkin deserves NO STAR. The Drive Thru Staff are very rude and will cut you off with "Anything Else". And they are very much racist to color people. She did not wanna open the window when i pulled up to pick up my On-the go order online. She was asking me what i want behind the closed window. SMH . Made a whole big production about whip cream that i added to my order it's even on my receipt. remind myself to never go there again !
