I recently started going here everyday for coffee. But I guess I have to stop because they sell stale donuts in the morning. It happened once and I let it slide, just human error. But it happened again. Hence the review.

echoing the other 1 star reviews. bad service and quality of the drinks are always poor. better to go the extra 10 mins to the other nearby dunkin locations and avoid this one.

when I walked in the lady in the front was very rude. when I asked her to repeat herself, she gave me an attitude. Me and my friend both asked for light ice, And got a full cup of ice after being told we could get light ice. my friend ordered a daydream drink And instead of cold foam, they put whipped cream that separated. And they had no gloves on when receiving our bakery treats, and I watched closely and the side of her thumb touched my doughnut.
Don’t come here.

I frequent this place so much i thought that my car in the google picture. Thats my parking spot and a twin to my car. I love the 6.00 meal

It's depressing. The ladies be on their phones while there are 6 people waiting in the line. Hire at least young people not these aunties. They even look depressed. I did the mobil order and even I had to wait 10 mins. I get it, it's busy and only 2 people running this shop but aunties be stressing out too much. That's not the only issue everyone be checking their receipt because they don't give proper change if paid in cash and I counted wait time for each customer it's over 5 mins. Come on guys

I had a great experience at this Dunkin location this morning! Everyone at this location were incredibly kind, efficient, and they warmed up everything for me even though I was late for picking up my mobile order (which they were also really understanding about). I am blown away by their customer service, and am so thankful for how they handled my situation. Top-notch people, food, and coffee!
