Smile is missing mostly and the staff are somehow in a bad mood most of the time.. when I asked for munchkin price..they said..read it :) few staffs are Good as well...
The staff is sooo rude, no manners, and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I've ordered a coffee with less ice. I ordered a coffee with less ice but the coffee is full of ice. I asked them to remove the ice but they refused to do it and responded rudely. I don't recommend this location. Worst DD ever.

Most arrogant staff you could ever get. We ordered a Macha Caffe and realized the milk was bad in it, when we came home the latte tasted sour. We went back again to tell them the latter tasted sour the staff said, it cannot be there are several customers and nobody complained. My wife aked her politely to taste the latte, because there is no other way to prove this. The staff started arrogantly proving there point that everything is always good. we surely did not go all the way back to return a latte. the point was if there is something that is not right then we have to report. The staff was so arrogant, they treat customers very very rudely. Never visit this Dunkin.
