Don’t order here or go food is terrible and they don’t follow mobile order directions.
I dont understand why a mobile order cannot be followed & when you call the store no one picks up ! Very poor customer service

Not great customer service. Bad coffee with burnt coffee beans and not ready to accept it by counter person. Had seen 2 customers argued badly with counter person.
Worst dunkin I have ever been to, they don’t know how to talk to the customers , never made my order right.
Can’t make a damn capuchino, i had remake it they just added foam on top. Bruhh

I was there trying to grab some donuts and coffee when all of a sudden I got caught up in some sort of issue involving the Mayor and some critics. I was ushered out of the restaurant along with several other people by police and didn't even get my food I paid for. They kept claiming I was with the group. I'm not even from NJ, I was just there visiting an old Army friend and trying to get some breakfast. I'll never go to ANY Dunkin Donuts ever again because of the way I was treated that day. I don't care if the President of the United States was visiting your restaurant, you don't throw people out because of some photo op.
So rude. Terrible customer service.

I never write reviews, even if the food is mediocre. However, this Dunkin' gave me food poisoning. I had hashbrowns and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. That night, I experienced every symptom of food poisoning: sweats, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. I hadn't had Dunkin' in years, and I'm sad to see the quality has gotten even worse. Never going back.
Bad employees don’t take orders properly bad service and need better training with the associates like Kayshawn and. And this lady tried to make me look bad once and couldn’t decline my order. And the guy doesn’t give me service with respect the Indian guy at the counter name keyshawn I stopped going there
I ended up going to the ER at 2pm during my 12hr hospital shift because this location gave me full caffeine instead of decaf iced coffee. Not pointing any fingers but please becareful, I’m someone who is extremely sensitive to caffeine.
