It’s a fine Dunkin’, nothing special, but not bad. Only issue I have, Please stop trying to sell me the 25 munchkins!!!! 25 is 8.99, 10 is 3.29. Each time I ordered 2 orders of 10 munchkins, I would be told get the 25 because it’s the same price.NO it’s not. 9-6.50 makes 2.50 for the last five. So. It’s actually more when you order 25. I’m really ok with how they price things, but seriously being lie to each time I come in is too much. Stop it.

Very bad coustomer services employee not train properly Three times my order was givien to was wrong once the hash brown was givien frozen so i wnet the store and told them i was givien frozen hash brown so the person on the cash counter told me we very busy that is why we gave frozen hash brown every one pl make sure your order is right before u leave the restaurant other wise when u reach home or work u may get a bagel with cream chease and your order is bagel egg and chease .And i have call the corporate office to file a complain about 3 to 4 time every time they tell me u will be called within 2to 3 days but till today no call its more than a month i got a email on 25 th of nov 2023 that some will call u within 2day but so far no call . i guess that they do not care for the coustomerthe manager of the store is Hector dose not know how to talk to the customer .............

Great place to hangout and get delicious donuts or coffees. Sometimes it gets busy with crowds but staffs are always there to help. There is no drive in and you have to park vehicle outside and get inside. Since it’s exactly in the traffic light corner, sometimes driving in and out takes longer otherwise goes to opposite direction to turn back to regular lane.
The Mexican lady at the register is rude and has no manners and doesn’t know to how take the order correctly. If she doesn’t like her job then she should go ahead and quit rather than giving the nice customer’s

Im not one to write reviews but i needed to at this point. I had an order of 3 medium drinks, 3 food items and i ended up waiting about 30 min from the time i ordered - i get it, its busy so i was fine. but the minute i got one of the drinks (mind you its a medium caramel craze iced latte) it was pure white and tasted like a melted vanilla coolata. when i had asked the gentleman why my coffee was white he said he didnt know. at that point i was already 10 min late for work and he was trying to retribute the situation with free donuts but i just didnt have the time nor patience for this whole situation. this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at the same location and i wanted to give them a second chance but unfortunately i cant. the people are nice but seems very understaffed. don’t recommend.

A cute store rite next to the main road. Easily accessible. They have a fast moving chain in case of donuts. If you are here for Boston cream try early evening coz it’s fast moving. The service is good. Not too busy place . They got some cool blends of coffee too. The place has limited parking facilities available.Parking: About 6-8 parking spots are available.

I find a very Dunkin’ Donuts having a close to a perfect experience and this could have been a 5 star but then disappointed me at the last moment during the order pick up as they messed up on my order slightly as they missed to add a crucial ingredient but that was on my favorite drink. She asked for additional charge for that ingredient which usually comes as a part of the item. Nevertheless, I would still give them 4 stars as the staff were courteous and the place was cleaner than most of other Dunkin’s.
