Went in with an offer of buying any size drink and getting half dozen donuts for $3 they scanned it it didn't come up and the manager did not correct the price still charged me $9.49 for six donuts and took the money off of my gift card redeem. I argued with him for a minute and then the manager came along and I thought he fixed the problem but when I drove away I noticed that he still charged me the full price. Not good customer service.

I couldn't place an order on the app because it didn't work, I couldn't place an order at the register for whatever reason and I ended up using a kiosk that sucked. The ladies behind the counter took forever to acknowledge that I was waiting for my order.

Typical Dunkin, but service always seems to be right on the mark.
Never give receipts. Overcharge. Run out of items (even milk and whip cream). This poor dunkin needs help. They also tend to forget items you order for at the drive thru. The dunkin down Raritan road next to papa John’s is ten times better.

I ordered a 6 dollar meal. It came with a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a medium coffee. I waited 15 minutes the coffee was OK. the sandwich was stuck to the wrapper when I pulled it off it ripped the wrapper. seemed like it. was reheated several times. the hash browns were not in a container or sleeve they were cold and dropped in the bag loose. nice little eating areas inside but not kept clean. For some reason the employees had money they were counting all over the counter where you order.
