Went there today because it was not kosher but this has been by far the worse experience at any dunkin..I am such a dunkin lover but this place is by far the most nastiest place..My daughter and i ordered our food thru the app at 9:24am and it was not ready and they told me park and they will bring me the food out so we waited patiently then the manager comes and hands me my daughters order but never brings my order i then decided to get out the car and he told me not to get out to stay and i got out and went inside.As the manager is making my sandwiches he drops a few egg patties on the floor and never changed his gloves and kept making my sandwiches.I asked the lady named sheyla to please refund me because that was so nasty and sheyla was trying to compensate me by giving me a free donut and i told her no thanks.Sheyla then said she was so sorry if i wanted she can make my food herself and i was ok with that she made my order by herself.Honestly Sheyla should be the manager she has by far the greatest customer service and tried whatever she could to keep a customer.Although i will never be going to that location ever again!!!I see all the bad reviews from this dunkin but yet nothing has been done and its been the same issues so clearly when they say things will get addressed they really aren’t.Me as a customer will never trust coming here ever because we do not know what is being done with the food that we pay!!!! At this point this place should be closed down until it gets better!!!!I wonder what will Osha and the health department will say and do in this matter especially when they look at the video..I ordered at 9:24 and didnt get my food until 9:42..I called corporate and didnt even get no compensation for this trouble again i will go to the one on Raritan ave where the employees are so pleasant and not rude or nasty!!!!!Sheyla you should work at the Raritan ave location because you would blend in perfect with the nice and wonderful workers there…

I ordered a croissant 🥐 and the cheese was cold and the coffee was very bad I ordered with sugar and apparently they didn’t put it and even so I added 2 sugar and it tasted terrible still I had to vote completely

Absolutely RUINED my morning. Gave me cold and inedible food almost like they grabbed it off the counter and into a bag. And completely under made my drink that I practically paid for expensive water. This isn’t the first time time ive had a bad experience with this specific dunkin but this time it crossed a line.

The only reason I keep coming here is because it's the only dunkin nearby on my way to work. The orders consistently take over 20 mins for simple drinks and the orders are more likely then not also wrong/missing items.

This Dunkin is the worst location in Middlesex county. I experienced nearly an hour wait time for 3 simple drinks that take no longer than 5 minutes to make. When approaching a worker and telling them about my situation they looked at me all confused and said they had no idea about my order and said the other employee was making my drinks when in reality he went to the back for 10 minutes or so and left his co worker all alone with these orders still needed to be made. At the end I only received 2 out of my 3 drinks correct. the other order was another customers drink… Sorry about that BROOKLYNN. If i could give 0 stars I would do it without a heartbeat. Please stay away from this Dunkin if you care about your time.

This location is consistently disappointing. At the drive-thru, expect to wait at least 15 minutes and still receive the wrong order. Inside the store, service is just as bad; even with no line, you'll experience long waits as staff often seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. The floor behind the counter is often dirty, and despite repeating my order several times, it’s almost always wrong. Overall, the lack of care and frequent errors make this one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I've been to.

This Dunkin's is the worst, you have to wait for hours for every order, even if you order online, today I went for avocado toast and mentioned twice without bacon, a woman with long lashes didn't care about the order and with bacon. and when I said it was without bacon, she laughed and said I will make it again, this Dunkin has the worst management

I was trying my best to not write this review because there are at least two employees who are always a pleasure to interact with but considering I attempted to call for the last 3 days without an answer I felt compelled to do so.

In the past week, I had two orders that were wrong. I felt that this could easily be fixed but never was offered an avenue to resolve this. Also, there are some employees here that make it seem evident that there was never any form of customer service training. Consider being taunted just for asking the simplest of requests or for being considered a nuisance just for making an order. Been a regular for a long time but sadly don't think I'll be returning.

I’m very disappointed. I live five minutes away from this Dunkin’ Donuts every time I order when I go to pick it up it’s never been made or is wrong. I’ll always wind up pulling off with coffee instead of tea. I always order tea today as of August 7, I got a coffee with a teabag in it, they do not know what they’re doing at Dunkin’ Donuts. I refuse to go back again and I’ve been living here for six years and this is the worst I’ve seen it. Can nobody pick up the phone so you need to have some training done at Dunkin’ Donuts
