Worst Dunkin Donuts in NJ. I have been to a bunch of DD all over the state and this one takes the cup for being the worst. No one is in a rush to get you your coffee, if you order on the mobile app they don’t read the label and just assume you want coffee and nothing else, the one person behind the counter looks at you like you have 7 heads. What a shame.

The staff in this place is absolutely unorganized unprofessional and extremely slow. They all huddle near the drive in window and coffee making area while customers wait. They peek over, turn their head and slowly saunter over to take your order. There's only one employee who actually has a professional sense about herself. Thr manager is nothing more than an obstacle and sloth like guy, who by the way never wears any covering on his beard and yet is behind the counter near the items. And please don't order anything on the app. They take even longer filling that order which is supposed to be a quick process. They need to revamp their staff and hire people who want to work. The only reason they appear busy is due to their location right on Rt1. I rather take a few more minutes and go to the WAWA right up the street. Horrible horrible horrible place.

I have been going here every morning for 14 years and the staff is not trained well. Today again my drink was wrong after waiting 15 mins at the drive thur. The food was cold. They also never give you napkins. Its frustrating when you are in the rush and then your order is incorrect. Time to pick another dunkin donuts to support.

Very nice people but not trained well I go there every day to get my drink food are used to work at Dunkin so I know how the food is cooked. The breads have their own setting in the oven versus the meat and eggs, which have their own setting as well, but they just throw it all together and cook it under one setting, which is most likely the bread setting because it’s never fully cooked all the way the meat is never fully cooked and the cheese is never melted and it’s always cold. I do not blame them. I just feel as if they were not properly trained because this is a private Dunkin versus , the corporate Dunkin where I was at this place could be a lot better because they have nice people there working but they need to change ownership who by the way most entitled people I ever met in my life it’s been the same owner for over 20 years and under the proper management this place can really turn around the manager. They have now doesn’t know how to do the basic and proper way of things instead, he’s more of a dictator to his employees. I really hope this place turns around.

I would give zero stars if possible. Refuses to scan my Dunkin app for points and to scan the for a free sandwich. They must do this to everyone and take money over the app points. Horrible store, poor quality of food and abysmal service.
I asked the woman to scan that app after converting the points the first woman said no then the other just keep repeating now and would look at me. Reported the store. Good thing the receipts the store number.
Stay away from this Dunkin there are other around that have better service and don’t refuse to take your points or give you points.
