Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong in some way shape or form. I tried the brown sugar iced latte with sweet cold foam yesterday at a different dunkin, so wanted to order it from this location today because it’s closest to me. Instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me a regular iced latte, no cold foam or brown sugar syrup, and honestly it tastes burnt as well. I’m extremely disappointed and am tired of having to complain about this location every time I order from them. It is more worth your time and money to go the little extra distance down route 1 to the dunkin that’s near the gas station and Woodbridge ave.

Pretty shitty overall, consistently mess up orders, multiple items available to order for pickup on the app aren’t even stocked, so you’ll buy something and they’ll give you something else when you get there, coffee tastes burnt

I visited this establishment today before work. I am a regular at this location. This is the first time I have ever received food that was so hard to palate. I rated everything 2 stars because the minute I stepped into the store, it looked like the representative either had a bad morning or did not want to be there. Either way I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

My husband And I come there pretty frequently in the morning. And the woman the older woman that's always there is not really friendly. Sometimes she Burns our food a lot of the time actually, and then, when we ask Her for things she mixes it up and when we ask her to give us extra light today, extra cream cheese, this is what she gave us, which was like almost a whole container trying to be funny because, at times she puts very little. So when we ask for. Extra meaning more than she normally gives us. She gave us a big lot, which was almost the whole thing of cream cheese. I'm just wondering what happens to the customer service. Because this is not great. We will not be returning if management reaches this. Please make sure that going forward. You're employees are trained and how to deal with people. Because the people that come there. Help keep them employed without the people. Showing up there is no employment for them. So maybe you can actually teach this lady.How to have proper customer service and how to make the food properly so that you don't run into this again.Best regards.

The problem wasn’t the food, or the service. The problem was the simple fact that they didn’t have the air condition on in the establishment. So even when I wanted to sit down and eat my breakfast . I couldn’t because it was too hot. Literally, I started sweating as soon as I walked in I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, where they rely strictly on the door being open. Turn on your air conditioner thank you.

Thank you for allow me survey first of All I would like thanks to shelpa and Lata Jii for smiley welcome me and atten me like family they are they make my food the way I like and they know what I want how I want and my taste… once I got my bagel over toasted then I told them so there remake my bagel I m not complaining that was my mistake because I order online bagel need to dark toasted but it’s wan little over so I tell them and they make my bagel less them in minutes they said I don’t have to wait… thanks so much for those kind of hospitalityOver all it’s was very good experience at this location

this place sucks no other way to put it seen a bug crawl from out the ice crushing machine and they still made my drink my bagel twist i asked for toasted and got it luke warm if 0 was a option i would put it the staff is rude tried to call and express my concerns and the number was out of

Worst service ever!! Been going here for years ONLY because it’s conveniently on my way to work. Only 2 ladies working, they are so rude and slow. I order ahead on the App every time and still have to wait every time. What’s the point of ordering ahead 5-10 minutes for one coffee if I just have to wait and stand there staring at rude, unwelcoming women??

The workers get my order wrong consistently and cough and gag over the food when making it if this wasn't the closest Dunkin for my breakfast I wouldn't step foot in this place again also the workers when they get orders wrong or forget things when customers ask for such items they sometimes try to blame the customers for their mistakes they should fire all and re hire new people this is ridiculous
