ordered 2 wake up wraps and a bacon avocado toast. The lady preparing the food was on her phone (loud on speaker) the whole time. It probably wouldn’t have bothered me so much but she only gave me the wake up wraps. Asked for the other order and she said sorry, and made it. When I looked inside the pack, it didn’t have bacon! So I had to ask her yet again for the correct order. Will avoid going back even though it’s the closest one to me

Horrible experience again. Ordered breakfast and bagels weren’t toasted properly as per asked to toast with extra cream cheese. She charged me extra for the extra cheese but there was hardly any cream cheese on bagels.

this was my first time going to this location & honestly my experience was terrible. while I was placing my order the lady was on her phone not paying attention which caused her to ring in my order wrong . I asked for a caramel ice coffee with sugar & extra caramel…& a croissant toasted with butter. never even got the croissant. The other lady handed me my drink I said this is not what I wanted…then she gave me another drink which was still wrong but I decided to leave it alone. Then I asked her where is my croissant & it never got rang in.
My friend and I are regulars there. The girls: Sabrina, Eesha, Nimra and Amariah are ALWAYS happy to see us, greeting us with huge genuine smiles. They know exactly what we want and how we like it prepared. I think it could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms.

Laziest dunkin ever. The manager is always on their phone or wearing airpods. They don’t use the stirrer for the drinks, instead they shake the entire cup. They also cook the croissant the same time as the bacon and egg which makes the croissant burnt or the bacon uncooked.

The worst I placed an order online they took more then 15 min to make it … I arrived still wasn’t ready … they don’t know how to make coffee or toast the bread horrible , new girl they take their time , don’t know what they doing , they need new personal ! Asap

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong in some way shape or form. I tried the brown sugar iced latte with sweet cold foam yesterday at a different dunkin, so wanted to order it from this location today because it’s closest to me. Instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me a regular iced latte, no cold foam or brown sugar syrup, and honestly it tastes burnt as well. I’m extremely disappointed and am tired of having to complain about this location every time I order from them. It is more worth your time and money to go the little extra distance down route 1 to the dunkin that’s near the gas station and Woodbridge ave.
