this was my first time going to this location & honestly my experience was terrible. while I was placing my order the lady was on her phone not paying attention which caused her to ring in my order wrong . I asked for a caramel ice coffee with sugar & extra caramel…& a croissant toasted with butter. never even got the croissant. The other lady handed me my drink I said this is not what I wanted…then she gave me another drink which was still wrong but I decided...
My friend and I are regulars there. The girls: Sabrina, Eesha, Nimra and Amariah are ALWAYS happy to see us, greeting us with huge genuine smiles. They know exactly what we want and how we like it prepared. I think it could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms.
I visited this establishment today before work. I am a regular at this location. This is the first time I have ever received food that was so hard to palate. I rated everything 2 stars because the minute I stepped into the store, it looked like the representative either had a bad morning or did not want to be there. Either way I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
