What a crap show it was today. They screwed my order up by giving me the wrong drink and meal. I asked for a iced large cappuccino and two wake up wraps with hash browns . They instead gave me a medium latte with a bagel. My patience is done with this Dunkin donuts.

I got old begal. I had to pull it out hard to bite it. Though I confronted, and ignored, but it's not good. They said, it was fresh. But definitely it was not.
Ordered stuffed bagel minis which always come out extremely hot. Once I opened the bag it tasted and felt not only cold, but stale as if it was left out a whole day.

All 3xs I’ve been here it’s the same. I leave frustrated. I kept going back because I was giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an off day but this is ridiculous. At this point I don’t even blame the workers I blame the top. They are clearly overworked and understaffed. Each time I’ve went I’ve waited at least 20 minutes just for a coffee. Then when I get my coffee I’m in such a rush to leave because I’ve been waiting so long that when I take a sip of my coffee it’s room temperature. I will never come to this Dunkin again. This Dunkin’ was a whole mess. The person in front of me was missing half their order, and guess what? So was I. My bagel had a whisper of cream cheese — I’ve seen thicker layers of fog. Coffee was so watered down I thought it was tea. Staff had the energy of a DMV on a Monday. Won’t be back.
