People working at this place clearly hate their job but the flavor of the donuts and drinks are pretty good. Only major complaint is that I got a small drink and half the cup is air. Where’s my drink lmao, I’m paying $6 for a shot of espresso and a pinch of milk. The atmosphere is great though if you want to sit down and eat or study in the shop.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts for a quick pick-me-up and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and fast with my order. The large cold brew coffee was perfectly smooth, bold, and refreshing, and my doughnut was soft, fresh, and delicious. The store was clean and well-kept. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Orders are wrong every single time. Drinks are made incorrectly on purpose to save on ingredients. The man working here always has an attitude and does not know how to redeem points or promos on the dunkin app. It’s also almost always closed so might as well sell the business.

I was there at 4:30 pm on june 18 2025. There was a old guy. First he gave tons of attitude!!! Thats ok may be he is frustrated but he put his fingers in my coffee cup!!!! Then when he was pouring the coffee in the cup he was coughing right into the cup 🤦🏻🤦🏻. I had to throw it away my coffee !!!! And he already gave nasty attitude without any reason so did not make any sense to go and get one more !!

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at one of your locations. I placed an order through the in-store iPad for two Dunkin’ Boxes, which each come with a sandwich, a drink, and hash browns. However, when I went to pick up my order, the employee at the counter refused to give me what I actually paid for. Instead, she insisted that I had only ordered one sandwich and one drink—despite not even bothering to check my receipt.
After arguing with me about my own order, she eventually handed me a second drink—completely contradicting what she had just claimed. Yet, I was still missing an entire sandwich. When I pointed this out and asked her to make the sandwich I had already paid for, she flat-out refused. My order literally said “Dunkin’ Box” on the bag, so there was no excuse for this mistake.
At that point, I was so frustrated that I just bought another sandwich separately. But even then, the incompetence continued—I specifically asked for it on a croissant, and instead, I got a bagel. So not only did I have to pay extra for a sandwich I should have already received, but they couldn’t even get that right.
This level of carelessness and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. I expect Dunkin’ employees to do their jobs correctly, and this experience was beyond disappointing. I want an explanation for why my order was mishandled so badly and what will be done to make this right.

I always get coffee for me and my friend during break times and the guy in the afternoon shifts usually take our orders, I have been noticing him for giving nasty attitude towards me and my friend, had to write a review for my experience and for others to watch out.
