I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations but this location so far is the best one out of all of them. The coffee is always strong, the crew is very friendly, hardworking, the store is always clean. Everything always is spot on. The team does a great job with delivering your order with not just a smile but with accuracy and in a timely manner. Thank you guys really, for all you do. 🫶

There’s a young lady at the register who NEVER LISTENS properly and ends up giving the wrong order EVERY SINGLE TIME. if you ask for 2 pumps of syrup she would give 3 or 1. Ask for decaf/ caffeinated she you give you the exact opposite thing. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING service. She doesn’t care at all what you ask for.. only gives you the thing what she wants with your money lol if that makes sense! Worst dunkin ever. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew which normally is not served with iced... it comes out of the tap chilled and the ice ruins the froth and the whole point of a nitro cold brew. This place is stingy and cheap diluting Nitro Cold Brews with ice... it already only comes in small size... infuriating that this dunkin would put ice in a Nitro Cold Brew. If you get a Nitro Cold Brew from Starbucks you know they don't put ice in it. This Dunkin is diluting more expensive drinks to inch out profits and won't be coming here again...

the worst dunkin’ donuts i have ever been to avoid at all costs waited 30 minutes with no apology and somehow the food was still cold and the coffee was watery
My wife likes Dunkin and we both wanted the $6 meal but it has bacon but they don’t remove the bacon even if they are making the food right on the spot. She doesn’t eat bacon but they said they will not remove the bacon. I asked them to give us the bacon in a separate bag but still they wont do it. I don’t understand if they are preparing the food on the spot and it’s fresh how come they cannot remove the bacon. Never ever coming to this location.

I went there with my family. And I tried to order the $6 combo. I’m allergic to bacon, I can’t eat the bacon egg and cheese. I asked both of the cashiers nicely if they can make the combo for me without the bacon. They rudely said no. Then we were still nice and kept asking if they can just make it with the bacon on the side. Again, they rudely said no and that they can’t and won’t make it for me. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

Me and my family went to this location of Dunkin’ and while ordering a meal they won’t remove the bacon from the $6 meal. I am Muslim and I cannot have bacon but they won’t do any exceptions. I bought the $6 meal from different Dunkin’ and they did the exception for me but I feel singled out as Muslim. I don’t know why they are forcing a meal with bacon when they can’t eat it. I am very upset after having this experience.

We wanted to order $6 meal but without bacon because we don’t eat bacon due to religious reason but they were forcing us to have bacon and saying it comes like that so no exception. I had this meal so many times without bacon in other Dunkin’s but this Dunkin employees wont give it to us. They said they had direction from the upper management that means this Dunkin’s managements are forcing customers to have bacon even though they cant have it for religious restrictions. This is ridiculous and they are prejudiced agains muslims. Extremely disappointed!!!!!
