Unfortunately, the presentation was a major letdown. The food looked like it was just thrown together - no effort to make it look fresh or appealing. I know it’s a fast-food spot, but a little more attention to how the food is put together would go a long way.

This dunkin donuts is a scam, they add additional charges for thing like ice to your drinks and intentional do t give you your receipt to avoid it being noticed. Terribly rude. I literally order from dunkin daily and this one should be looked into by corporate

They actually run a pretty tight ship at this one. The food is pretty good for a dunkin. The drive-thru people in the morning kick ass.

Great clean Dunkin' with fresh, made to order coffee as well as a variety of breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly and courteous !!!

Bad experience. I sent my daughter to buy a dozen donuts and a coffee. They charged her $20 and more, $5 and more, $4 in total, $29. They swiped my card twice. Besides, what was charged was a robbery. They told me they were going to return my money, but it was never true. The coffee was terrible, bitter, and had bad service.

One of the worst dunkin I’ve been to. The Billing girl at the drive thru and the guy who was giving our orders was extremely rude , careless and was not courteous and professional at all. This place when it opened up was really good and now lost all its quality and service with bad quality of drive thru employees . Lot of mistakes on the order , bad quality of breakfast , rude employees at the drive thru . You take the money , but you cannot deliver ..

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My croissant was burnt and rock hard, my iced coffee was extremely watery. I had to throw away my entire meal. Waste of money.

Some of the worst customer service me and my wife has ever experienced. When you enter an establishment no one or anything is ever going to be perfect in life but you expect to be greeted for business maybe even a smile. I assume most of us not rushing but would like to pay for what we came for and be on our way not have to wait until the employees see you waiting and finish talking with their associates in any language and then attend to you. Then you have the addicts to worry about if you need to use the restroom or want to sit at a table.
