Ease of returns, inventory availability, and professionalism of MOST employees. HOWEVER, I've noticed many of the younger employees tend to stand around and chat - or looking dumbfounded as to what they are supposed to be doing. . .

Had a scheduled appointment for an Indochino Suit. The manager explained that they cannot fit me and that the appointment should not have been accepted. She continued with multiple explanations along with the offer to schedule me at another Indochino. She continued with explanations of her troubles and I told her that I don’t really care - all I need is an appointment. She went in back and told me the appointment was made for Short Hills and that I would receive confirmation. I waited an hour and went to confirm my appointment. I did learn that Short Hills still had 7pm listed as available- I made my own appointment. Had I trusted her, I would have not been able to be served had someone else booked that to. She played me.
